Not recommended – Blender is ok, grinder is ok, but Food Processor is far from good. Unfortunately, I bought it for the Food Processor. I rarely use it and just use it to mince the beef and mix it with ingredients. The minced meat always finds it way through the inner part of the middle blade and ended up clogging the motor gear. Eventually the meat is rotten… Read more

inside the machine and smells very bad. I decided to tear down the machine and guess what, it's rotten meat inside the machine and so disgusting.

So disappointed I rarely use – I have been given this as gift and as it replaced my previous food processor I was very excited to receive it. I find the lid extremely stiff and difficult to turn in and out for use, initially I thought this was due to its newness but it is still just as bad and I find it so difficult, I rarely use it. Not sure if this faulty or just the product. I used to use my old one almost daily Show details

Multi-functional appliance – Feed funnel is useful when processing different ingredients for salads etc. Plastic does feel not as substantial as other brands previously used. Also has beaters and a jug for blending. Find it difficult to scrape out batter as smaller size with centre column. Good size for us now as a couple. Most parts easy to wipe, rinse or wash in dishwasher. Show details ·  1

Horrible Functionality – I replaced my old Breville with this as recommended by a Harvey Norman appliance salesperson. This has been my worst appliance purchase ever. Each time you use it you have to put in the centre piece (this was fixed in place on my previous processor), then you have to put the bowl in and click it into place, which is far more difficult that it… Read more

should be, then you have to position the hole in the top of the blade bit in just the right spot to feed it over the tip of the centre piece, also tricky to do. After blending my ingredients I always find large unblended chunks that I never found with my Breville and it doesn't seem to blend as fine either. Worse still, when you remove the bowl after blending the centre piece flies off and usually lands on the ground. I have never been more frustrated after using an appliance, ever!

just adequate – parts are costly as compered o/seas tried to get a washer for multi mill under warranty they had to supply a complete mill . as for functions my old 20year old breville was better

The driveshaft comes off every time - Bad design – The driveshaft comes off every time when you remove the bowl. This is quite annoying. A design change is required to keep the shaft in place when the bowl is removed. Also, the plastics seem to be on the very cheap side. Show details

Good, but – i purchased this food processor from the Good Guys in April of this year. Good value for money - $149.00. i don't use it alot, but it meets my needs, when i do. Just one negative - i cannot get the underside "lids" off both the blender, and grinding mill base units, in order to clean them. i have breadcrumbs stuck down the sides of the red… Read more ·  3

things (clips), which obviously are involved in holding the base lids on. There is nothing helpful in the instruction book to solve my problem. Advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Good but not perfect – Great and powerful, the only drawback is that the grater does not work well with onion. It wastes a massive part of onions or potatoes, and always some parts of the actual onion or potato get mixed with the grated part because of the gap between the blades and the container. Other parts work perfectly. Show details ·  1

Day to day Food Processor – Me and my wife normally use this for chopping and grinding veggies and mixing everything in at one go. Definitely works as expected. We don't normally use this frequently so I cannot really comment on its durability for daily grinding use. The built and design is quite average. Nothing fancy and suits our needs. It's also easy to clean and dry… Read more ·  1

which is quite important for us. This model comes with a good number of useful attachments, but as of now have not used all of them. A definitely a good pick at its price.

Great food processor, easy clean – I love this food processor. Design wise; it is a good, looking easy to store machine. It has two lovely indented grips at the side to easily pick it up. The blender jug is glass and the base unscrews. The base has been conveniently designed to easily grip to undo from the machine instead of using the jug handle. It came with a glass jar… Read more

attachment for grinding coffee or seeds and this too has an easy screw on/off base. The mixing bowl is very simple to attach. It does have small lock/unlock symbols but as it is completely clear it is easy to see where it sits to lock or unlock. Also comes with slicing and grating discs and are very easy to use. I easily made cake mix with blade attachment and mixing bowl, I found I didn’t need to stop very often to scrape down the sides. The blender attachment is easy to lock on and I had no need to scape the side when making smoothies. Grinder works well, finer grind more time as usual but still very quick. I love the dial, pulse and two speeds. The book recommends what speeds to use. It has rubber suction cups to stick to bench tops and because of this it does have a little wobble with heavier foods like dough but for most other things is quite stable. The entire machine and attachments are very easy to clean. Overall a great kitchen utensil! I love it.

Poor blender – The main beef is the blender. The blender bowl has a shelf just above the blender blades. As a result, dry/semi-dry food cannot drop down into the blades and the blades spin with no effect. Add liquid (but for pesto you do not want too much oil) and food starts to drop down. Fine if you want wet food such as soups but no good for drier blends. Appears good in promotions, but do not bother purchasing. Show details
