They should not guarantee their item when it does not work as claimed. Made my hair a dry birds nest, Not happy and should not be able to make claims its sent from Sydney when it clearly is not. Just wasted a couple hundred dollars on a bunch of c*ap.

on FaceBook.I bought the package where it was a free tub when you buy 2 tubs of masks. Therefore I received 3 tubs of 50gm. When I received the product, it was another brand called Eelhoe. I only noticed this brand name after I had opened the small 50gm tub to start using it. This was when the horror began, the product firstly smelled weird, astringent chemical smell and not the organic ingredients that it stated but because of the good reviews I decided to give it a go despite my gut feeling. I followed as per instructions and after rinsing my hair, the results were not good at all as promised. My hair was straw-like and could not even be combed. It felt like I had some chemical residue on my hair and I had to rinse it out thoroughly with water and rewash with shampoo for me to be able to comb my hair again. I then contacted KeratinCare to expain my dissatisfaction and they have refused to refund the product as guaranteed and eventhough 2 tubs are still unopened. I've put a claim through PayPal and the only response I have received from the seller was that, it cannot be returned as one of the tubs were opened and they keep sending the same messages to show evidence that there are unopened tubs. I have provided this but it's just an auto generated reply.
