CLEANS MY CARPET TO PERFECTION – What I love about my new carpet cleaner is that the clean and dirty water have a separate compartment so you dont end up spraying dirty water back on the carpet There is a large 10 litre tank so less filling and emptying during the cleaning process when emptying the dirty water just a quick wash under the tap is all that is required to clean it, no other pieces to dismantle or clean, the water was black and full of dog hair even though I had vacuumed before shampooing

Its easy to use and easy to operate

The cleaner cleans very well and the suction on the vacuum is excellent drying the carpet even faster

The sprayer is quite generous and I like the fact that you can use either cold or warm water with the same result

What I think could be improved on is it is very heavy and hard to move around

After a while my arms became tired from holding it

The handle and pipes are a combination of metal and plastic and have a tendency to keep falling apart, so I am often connecting the two during the clean

Not sure about the black plastic part of the handle as it appears pretty delicate so if it was a vacuum that was used quite often you may have to replace the black plastic part as its very bendy and I can just hear a small amount of air leaking from it, I will probably end up running electricians tape around it to hold in the air and give it a firmer connection to the steel part of the machine

The fact that it requires a small amount of carpet cleaner for stubborn stains of course do your research on the best way to remove stains from carpets before you begin. Another good way to help remove a stain is to spray on the water, wait 10 minutes suck up the water by running the vacuum one way over the stain then in the opposite direction

The only thing I forgot when I made the purchase was warranty and it arrived with no mention or paperwork for a warranty, so ensure you check that out before you make a purchase

Over all I'm very happy with my purchase
