Never again! – Will never purchase from Keter again! Item arrived badly damaged and despite me emailing Keter with photos straight away, the simple process of returning and obtaining a refund was made painful and drawn out by [Name Removed] from 'Customer Service'. [Name Removed] didn't read my initial email properly, wasted my time, and advised me of her booking for collection on The Day of collection! Deplorable service. There's no point in writing to the Managing Director as he (Ronen Mazor) isn't any better - didn't even have the manners to acknowledge my email advising of my awful experience with [Name Removed]. Avoid these products!!!

Purchased in for $341.10.

Sorry ALDI but you dropped the ball on this – Purchased as a special buy as it looked good in catalogue and on box picture (see below). Cost was AUD $199.00. Unboxed it and didn't take much notice of the product as I was doing a recycle tip run for cardboard, so immediately got rid of the box before putting it together. Wish I hadn't as I would have returned it for full refund. This thing is garbage, made of flimsy plastic, with a base of corflute. I wouldn't be so mad if I'd paid no more than $40, but not $199. I was outside putting it together and the sun buckled the plastic panels as I was making it. It just clips together and in some places uses self tapping screws into the plastic, which may keep it together for 12 months. There are 3 pressed steel horizontal bars that support a human, but the rest is just horrible garbage thin plastic moulds, and don't forget about the corflute base. It wont survive in the sun. It looked as though it came with a cushion, but it's just a plastic lid that looks like a cushion. During assembly, it has to be flipped. Flips easy enough, but scuffs the plastic badly. It doesn't mention to do it on carpet or similar, which is a must to not damage it. I'm stuck with it unfortunately, but honestly, this is the worst special buy I have ever seen ALDI sell, especially for the cost. It has put me off ALDI for a bit. Don't buy it for more than $40.
