Bought a keter factor 8 x 11 shed from landera and found found two broken plastics on it, but being a tradie I was able to work around it. The screws are predrilled with pilot holes which are over size causing the screws to spin and not bite which makes the shed flimsy. The quality of this shed is not worth 3500 dollars, hopefully the doesn’t destroy it over time. Show details

Major Disappointment - Keter Artisan – I was looking at getting a Keter shed for years and finally decided to buy one after seeing the new Keter Artisan and the the $1899 price Bunnings was selling it for. to bottom and the marks were even from top to bottom so It must have has something heavy sitting on top of it.
- The roof Panel has a 20c sized crack in it - The L shape panel, which is located at the front next to the doors has big dents on it x 3 as if something has been sitting on top of it. - The door panels were squashed also
Speaking to Bunnings and they were more interested in the "Customer experience" than replacing any parts.
I thought Keter had better quality products and had i seen how damaged each panel was, I would have looked elsewhere.
The shed was easy to install and took about 4hrs but now i have a shed with squash marks on most panels and a hole in the roof. Never again Keter.

Buyer beware !! – Purchased a plastic Keter Factor 88 shed in late 2018 - approximately 12 months later despite the shed being mostly sheltered and partially shaded I started to notice signs of weakness, regularly requiring the plastic bolts to be tightened and noticeable deterioration of external parts. which resulted in the mid - range wind entering and blowing the doors out.
I lodged a warranty claim and provided clear photo evidence of the defective parts as well as a letter from the professional ( with a BE in Engineering & Design) that installed it, and who after an on - site assessment formally stated that the defective parts and poor structural design were the cause of the damage.
After almost 5 months of ongoing appeal Keter have refused to honour the warranty claiming that 'Acts of nature' are not covered. I recently attempted to purchase replacement parts at my own cost and was bluntly informed by Keter that they are not available - like I said 'buyer beware !! '

Keter Factor 6 x 6 Storage Shed – Bought the Keter Factor 6 x 6 shed online from Bunnings in Australia. I love it. It came in 2 boxes weighing 40 kilos each, so was easy to handle as a couple. instructions reasonably easy to follow. The pieces go together, like putting lego together, and with some screws and washers there were extras incase you lost any. Built in floor is great, and we assembled it on top of pavers we had previously laid. There is a skylight piece across the roof ridge, and this, along with the window, which I faced North, let in plenty of light. I use the supplied shelves to store all my garden sprays and fertilisers. I put in a 4 tier shelving unit and a bench with shelf, and plan to put some hooks on the walls for hanging my secateurs etc. There is plenty of room for all my gardening bits and pieces, (I keep my shovels and rakes etc in another shed), and with a stool in there, I have room to sit and do any craft jobs I may have. I think it was good value for the price, sturdy of construction, and relatively easy to put together.
Poorly designed and made – Purchased 2 units of the Keter XL garage cabinet. First carton opened damage immediately noted, contacted suppliers for return and replacement. Second carton opened no issues with damage. Upon attempting construction noted that parts are mislabeled and screws to short. Also noted that a screwdriver is needed but in fact MAGNETIC SCREWDRIVER IS ESSENTIAL. It will take at least 6 hours to construct. The product is NOT USER FRIENDLY. Show details

I am extremely impressed with the service and professionalism of the Keter support team. I purchased a sun lounge 3 years ago and one of the legs cracked and made the product unusable. After emailing Keter within 48 hours they had responded and in less than a week a replacement part arrived at my home! This is a company worth dealing with and I highly recommend them, well done Keter!

I wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased a Keter shed. Took 3 weeks to arrive as it was sitting in Mainfreight's transport depot for weeks before I complained and then like everyone it arrived damaged with no assembly instructions despite their website stating instructions were included with the shed. weight. It moves under the slightest rocking motion. The floor - is so thin you can feel the grass through it! Not to mention this has zero structure at all! Good luck putting any shelves in this - the legs will go straight through it. We now have to invest MORE MONEY after paying $2000+ for the piece of junk we ordered from Keter to try and salvage what we can! I hope this review is seen by others to ensure no one else has to go through what we have and to save them money. All I can say it please AVOID KETER!!!

Absolute garbage – Everything about keter's products is garbage. I purchased the elite storage box from bunnings. The packaging is a joke, panels were squished inside the box. Don't give me the same stupid auto reply that this is a bunnings issue, no it's not, if the product had proper, well thought packaging it wouldn't be squished inside. Very poor quality, bad packaging, damaged – We bought two outdoor utility cabinets and found both had missing parts and were damaged on arrival. The packaging was appaling with the parts not protected and being smashed around during delivery. Didn't even bother to follow up as the quality was so poor. Garbage product and garbage customer service – I bought a Keter deck box that quickly warped in the sun so that the lid stopped closing properly, letting water inside. I’ve emailed them multiple times since then asking for help and now they won’t respond. The box claims to be weatherproof, but it became useless very quickly. This box wasn’t cheap so I’m very unhappy. Google them before you buy anything from this company. This is a huge, widespread problem. They’re products are junk, their customer service WILL NOT help in any way, and the warranty may as well not exist. Never again!

Extremely poor quality product – Hi I purchased a Keter Factor 8" x 8" shed paying $1,952; The product arrived after 24 days with damaged doors; The shed is very flimsy and the material appears to be of very poor quality with no strength. Since the arrival I am contacting Keter Clayton office either to provide me with full refund or to provide replacement doors; I am contacting them with no response so far. Rubbish & No customer service – We bought a garden shed and lawn locker, lawn lockers lid was damaged so we rang them and was told they would send out a replacement part. wait because I really like the shed, but come the end of November nothing happened and I got radio silence on the emails again then I finally got hold of the warehouse who told me early December. Now I can’t get a call back and more silence on the reply’s. I won’t lie I’m angry, nearly everything can be solved with basic communication, I get it’s a busy time of year and things have been crazy this year but I paid $2500 2 months ago and can’t even get a call back after I’ve done all the communication for you!! Make sure you use PayPal when purchasing with them so you can dispute the payment when it doesn’t show up.

This could be a lot easier – 2 pages of instruction, screws & washes missing, not a good start! The instructions were obviously made by robot, not clear & not easy, how about putting labels on the bits! Making it easy to click together! Simplifying it. No way it can be done alone. Excellent product – I’m 68 and this is my first plastic shed and this product is absolutely the easiest thing to put together I’m so pleased it’s hard to say it was said it was a two man job but I only needed help with the roof panels . I call back and talk to a different person and they can't find any of my information or emails yet again. Everything I sent 2 different times just gone!!! How does this happen when [name removed] confirmed over the phone that he was looking at my email? Unless he conveniently deleted it So I end up having to go through the whole process yet again with a new person. This guy named [name removed] says he got all my information back in and will be sending my parts in about 2-3 weeks. I will now be waiting a total of 4-5 week from the start of this process to even get the part to get to use my storage container bc it came completely broken out of the box. This process has taken way to long and is completely unacceptable in my option. I will never use this company again. They are to much of a headache to deal with and their customer service sucks.

Poor quality product – The storage shed side was damaged on arrival, however I patched that up rather than try and send the unit back. However the roof has basically sheared where the hinges are located and the whole roof has warped and discoloured in the sun. Not fit for purpose is my view.
