Kia EV9 (2024-2026)

Dealer says to they have to contact HQ. But HQ says not up to us to contact the Dealer. Dealer doesn’t reply. HQ won’t help. Can’t see out of side mirrors. Very dangerous. inside of car full of condensation. Have to hang up damp rid to collect all Moisture. Top of the line not very old. Can’t even get replies to emails. Terrible service and responsibility. Never again. Have to go to external govt bodies now to get help. So disappointed

Kia EV9....a Terrible experience – Kia...the worst customer service i have received. The engine failed within 3 weeks from picking up from the dealer, and dealer says to contact HQ/ HQ says to contact the Dealer? Totally different response before and after spending nearly $100k. will never buy Kia.
