I ordered the recliners last year October. Delivery was delayed and I received this year February. And out of 5 recliners 4 were faulty. The buttons doesn’t work. The service guy came after a month and he repaired only 1 button (that’s the information he received) and gave me his next schedule after a month. Looks like all their products are faulty and these people are incredibly busy mending them. I’m so done with this and asking for full refund. I’m not going to accept any repairs. And they should give me compensation for all these hassles. Otherwise I’m taking them to court.

Yes Ron. But it’s not about drawing your attention rather making others aware about the poor quality of King products. It’s an awful experience.
