Poor quality grill tray – Non stick coating coming off in less than a year, but didn't get hold of KC until 13mths and they said it was a consumable part, so not warranteed. Terrible attitude to customer service.
It's suites on me as a Mom – I like this Fryer especially Its multifunctional features and LCD display make my cooking effortless good and I love how crispy my meals every time I use it.

Don't buy this product – Don't buy this product. It works well whilst it lasts but 1 year, 1 month & 2 weeks after purchase an element blew. Realising that I was outside of warranty I tried to buy a new element but couldn't get one even through the manufacturer. almost useless. I have not been offered any compensation not even a discount on a replacement item. An expensive mistake. I should have kept my cheap larger single drawer airfryer that I had used for years without a problem.

Falling apart within 3mths – Handle snapped and inside ‘non stick’ coating peeling off to the point of main basket rusting. No doubt toxic for cooking. Kitchen Couture won’t get back to me with solution after contacting them 3mths ago! Definitely do not purchase. Show details
Never worked! – Ordered from Woolworths- arrived and we went to cook snacks for a work party and no matter what we tried it would not heat! Very disappointing.
Never worked! – Bought a new couture 12L airfryer through Woolies Everyday Market. Received yesterday, plugged in the fan was working but not the heating element! Repacked it and sent it back earlier today. Should've read the reviews before buying.
