Dicing attachment is useless

published

The unit works well but the dicing attachment is absolute rubbish. It didn't matter what type of vegetable I put through it it jammed. For a machine costing over $700 this really poor. What can you do kitchen aid?

Purchased in for $700.

I have had this model for a couple of days and cannot get the dicer to work properly. It jams just putting a carrot through. Tried potatoes and same result. After reading the experiences of other purchasers (over a long period to!) I'm really disappointed KitchenAid haven't done anything to rectify the problem.
I have been big fan of your products but now I'm not sure.
