We love our sauna! When we made an initial enquiry the service was excellent and the sauna arrived 2 days after we placed the order! Highly recommend Kiva Wellness!

Website was easy to navigate and find what we wanted. Great sauna for us, we purchased the Kiva Rise 3 person Far-infrared sauna which is comfortable for the 2 of us. If you like a bit of room for 2, I’d recommend going up in size. Delivery was approx within 7 days. Setup took more like 2hrs for beginners. excellent quality items. Love my sauna, use it daily. i have to red light panel in it as well which means i get two therapy's at the same time. Very happy with the item and customer service from Kiva. Very easy to deal with.

We have had our sauna for nearly 2 years, it gets used about 3 times a week, and has never missed a beat. Customer service when purchasing was fantastic, but we haven’t had to contact them again because their product is fantastic. I have recommended Kiva to many friends. Show reply

The Circadian Sleep Pod has been fantastic during winter. It gently warms up my bed at night, so I no longer need to use a hot water bottle. We’ve owned our sauna for over 2 years and it’s still like new. Still has that beautiful timber smell, easy and cost effective to use. We also purchased the back rests which definitely add to the comfort of the sauna. Excellent product , highly recommend!

with the 8KW heaters tripping household power supplies and were no longer using that size heater. They have since updated their website. I purchased my sauna on 21 April at a cost of $9895.00. My sauna arrived in late April and I paid someone to build and stain it for me. I didn't realise until after, Kiva Wellness had sent me an 8KW heater. I contacted them and they organised to send me a 6KW heater which arrived almost 2 weeks later. Unbelievably Kiva Wellness sent me another incorrect heater. My sauna has Bluetooth and they sent the wrong model 6KW heater. Kiva Wellness have now had my $9,895.00 for six weeks and I have no working sauna. I have requested a full refund and am still waiting on a response. The sauna was intended as a surprise gift for my husband and unfortunately the only surprise has been how bad Kiva Wellness customer service has been. It's a shame Kiva Wellness aren't as concerned for their customers as they are for their influencers!

I purchased a 2-person sauna from Kiva six months ago. i've been very happy with it - it has helped with bursitis and frozen shoulder pain in particular. had two men assemble it and they really struggled with getting the heavy glass door in place. They also needed me to help hold it. During the assembly we noticed that one of the clips that clip the sides together was faulty and didn't work. There was also another small construction fault. I let Kiva know about this via email, but received no response. This was disappointing from a customer service perspective and also because for the amount I paid I expected better quality. Other than that, I feel it's one of the best investments I've ever made.

Good product with quick delivery. Assembly was fairly straight forward. We only ran into difficulties hanging the front panel (door). It is supposed to drop down onto a set of pins mounted on both sides. We ran into an issue with the left-hand side not dropping the last mm or so, resulting in the left side just fractionally higher than the right. Doesn't affect the operation or aesthetics though and the Sauna is great! Cheers! Show reply

Fantastic service both in store, delivery and assembly. The sauna is great, blue tooth enables a totally relaxing experience at home. Highly recommend this product and company. I’ve had mine for 5 months and even better now the cooler months are approaching,

Great quality of Ice Bath and aesthetic. Requires regular maintenance as expected, but instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Looks incredible and holds temperature well. The Ice bath cedar finish feels premium and sturdy. Delivery was smooth and packaging was excellent.

We looked at a few brands before choosing Kiva and I’m glad we did. This sauna feels premium, not flimsy. The extra backrests included were a nice surprise and make longer sessions more comfortable.

Extremely happy with our 2 person Kiva Rise infrared sauna. Customer service was excellent, both in person at the showroom and over the phone. Ordered our sauna and it was delivered within 3 days! Video instructions made the sauna a very easy process to assemble and it’s simple to navigate the control panel when using. Would definitely recommend Kiva Wellness for your sauna needs.

I love my 2p FS sauna + Gr8 kind/ professional service & Install. Warranty & reviews sold it for me. Once I work out Bluetooth for podcasts I will be on happy street . I cannot fault the process. Teen uses at shorter duration. Happy customers.

I bought the Kiva 2-person infrared sauna and absolutely love it. It was easy to set up, looks beautiful, heats up quickly and feels so relaxing. The lighting and Bluetooth make it feel like a home spa. I’m sleeping better, my muscles feel less tight, and I use it almost every day. One of the best wellness investments I’ve ever made. Almost scammish level – Phone calls ignored, multiple emails not going anywhere. A consistent reluctance to remedy the issues of a dissatisfied customer. First an order cancellation was ignored. Was a real hassle to get a return. Now the product has been returned, it’s proving once again to be a hassle to go through the refund process. Absolutely dead communication… Read more

throughout the entire time. I have to follow up everything myself. 5 emails, 3 phone calls later Australia Post has confirmed delivery at their returns warehouse, but still no email confirmation of the progress of the refund. It's now the next week. They are probably waiting out the 30 days return window and will notify me “it’s too late” after stuffing around and wasting their (and my) time. Would not recommended buying anything, unless you plan to see your money come out, be subscribed to an ‘on-going service’ and “never return” the item.
