makes longer sauna sessions comfortable without any feeling of being cramped. The sauna heats up well, achieving 50+ degrees in about 15 mins and 60+ degrees in about 45mins. It was relatively straightforward to put together - definitely requires two fairly strong people to move all the parts into position after delivery and assemble it, but it's not complicated. We didn't think app control was a "must-have" - until we had it! We use it every night to switch the sauna on without having to leave the couch, and then adjust it if needed while its heating up without having to open the door and lose heat.

Cons; Claimed 24/7 support was non existing with numerous phone and txt messages going unanswered. Instructions to put the sauna together are very poor. PDF instructions are hard to read and do not show any real detail e.g. which of the different length screws go where? Two links are supplied for Youtube videos, one showing the Epoch 2 being put together and the other the installation of the Epoch 4 saunas benches. Both videos fail to provide any tangible details leaving you to figure it out yourself. Realistic assembly time in more like 10+ hours, especially give the lack of assembly instructions.

Still havent received the cleaning equipment after months of calls and emails. They just dont bother to get back to you once they have your money. I would not recommend the company at all, get your sauna elsewhere if you want any customer service. Dissapointing experience

factory in China, thrown in a plastic bag like Temu. The item itself is inferior and smells like plastic. Attempting to return it was impossible - I was asked to mail it back at my own cost to England! This is clearly a ‘dropship’ scam. Don’t buy!
