hold these samples for 8 months, very nice cedar products, the quality not bad, people from this company is nice to talk, we have come to China to visit this company three times, even through the production time is quite a bit longer than we expect, but we will consider the long time cooperation.

Worst customer experience of my life: Alpha Sauna – One of the worst customer experiences of my life: 1. Started with delivery as worker got nearly seriously injured as crate in which sauna arrived of such bad quality that walls came apart. Ice bath covers and bath arrived completely scratched as per pictures 2. Product didn't come with any English instructions so setup a nightmare after begging for weeks we were sent low quality Chinese video that didn't help much 3. Within 2 weeks sauna and ice bath that we bought completely broken: sauna board burnt down. Heater which doesn't comply with minimum Australian standards and is not IP rated that licensed electrician only very reluctantly installed, equally shortcircuited shortly after. 3. Ice bath chiller extremely noisy and energy hungry but cools in 0.1 degrees an hour after a few days completely broken. Customer service non existent: respose takes ages, promised fixes never delivered had audacity ask to pay again for the products that broke down after single use and even asked us to pay freight. Avoid this company at all cost.
