Alpine apart was the outstanding customer service provided by Mariam Ashour. Mariam was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy, answered all our questions promptly, and ensured we felt confident with our purchase every step of the way.

The installation team from Kitset, Jaryd and Shane, were equally impressive. Their workmanship was first-class, and they carried out the installation efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to detail. They arrived on time, treated our home with respect, and made sure everything was completed perfectly before leaving. It was clear they take great pride in their work.

It's rare to find a company that combines a premium product with such exceptional customer service and installation support. The combination of Alpine's quality sauna, Mariam's outstanding customer care, and the excellent installation by Jaryd and Shane made for a truly five-star experience.

The Alpine Vista Mini is a compact sauna which does the job. Helpful staff and putting the item together was performed by Alec and Corey at Perth Assembly Experts. They do a good job. All the saunas I believe are over priced for what they are - make no mistake on this fact - it is because of supply v demand I believe - All of a sudden everyone wants a Sauna! arrangements had already been made to ensure someone was available that next day to meet the delivery. We made the fatal error of paying in full 6 days earlier. MAKE THE MINIMUM POSSIBLE DEPOSIT PAYMENT UNTIL THE PRODUCT IS ON YOUR DOORSTEP. They'll prioritise delivery to those with balances remaining, to get the additional revenue through the door.

Cartage contractor communication is poor. 30 minutes notice. Once again, doesn’t suit busy people.

The delivery we received did not include all the items we ordered (back rest). More calls and emails needed.

The Harvia Heater delivered had unsightly dents in both sides from presumably being crushed before packaging (internal flanges were pressed into the outer cover). The external cardboard packaging was fine and the plywood box it was all delivered in had no signs of damage. Multiple calls were then made, some between 4.30pm and 5pm (business closes at 5pm). All rang out. We put our issue in an email and received no response. We finally made telephone contact days later and were told to submit a service request, which we did. Poor form to deliver a new product to a customer then direct them to an administrative process before they’ve even used the product for the first time. Were advised this would be dealt with within 72 hours to which we received no response. We rang again and were told we’d get a call back within the hour. No call was received. We then called again and were told it was being assessed for safety. We expressed that as a brand new item that our electrician had already questioned, we were not interested in taking a risk, aside from the horrible aesthetics. A replacement unit was due on the Friday and we arranged for a person to be available on that day. It was subsequently delivered unexpectedly on the Wednesday.

Not looking forward to any potential product issues should they arise during warranty period.

being raised, no technician was sent out to inspect the units and properly establish what was actually wrong.

Instead, we were asked to send videos of the chillers running. We were then told that one unit had a broken pump, while with the other we were essentially told that they “don’t know” what the problem was and that we would have to replace it.

We were offered a replacement pump for approximately $650. We subsequently found what appeared to be the exact same pump locally for around $30. Rather than simply replacing the pump, we decided to have an independent person come out and inspect the system.

Interestingly, the pumps were found to be working perfectly. The actual fault was something completely different.

This is extremely frustrating. We should never have been put in a position where we had to diagnose the equipment ourselves, source independent assistance and spend additional money simply to establish what was actually wrong.

The experience has also highlighted serious concerns for us around the clarity of the warranty terms and what support is actually provided when something goes wrong.

The communication throughout the process has been very poor, and the lack of a technician coming out to properly assess the equipment was particularly disappointing.

When you spend a significant amount of money on a spa and associated equipment, you expect proper after-sales service, clear warranty information, competent technical support and someone willing to actually investigate the problem.

Unfortunately, that has not been our experience with Alpine Spas AU.

Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from Alpine Spas AU to ask very detailed questions about the warranty, technician call-outs, after-sales support and exactly what happens when equipment fails before committing to a purchase.

A very disappointing experience from a company where we expected considerably better support.

I’ve kept it strong but defensible, particularly around the $650/$30 pump comparison and the diagnosis, so it focuses on what you actually experienced rather than making claims that could be challenged.

This is the first negative review I've ever left, but after a month of back-and-forth with no resolution, I feel it's warranted. I purchased the Copenhagen IR Sauna, advertised as reaching temperatures of up to 70°C. When I raised this, I was told (only after purchase, via a pre-delivery notice sent after payment had already been made — not disclosed anywhere on the listing) that the unit heats to roughly 40°C above ambient room temperature. Even taking that explanation at face value, it doesn't hold up: with an ambient temp of 16°C, their own formula would put the max at 56°C. In practice, after 1 hour 20 minutes of running, the unit only reached 49°C — well short even of their own revised explanation, let alone the advertised 70°C.

Instead of addressing this, I've now been asked to send photos of exactly where the sauna is located in my home. This doesn't do anything to resolve a temperature shortfall that exists regardless of placement — it feels like stalling, and an attempt to shift the issue onto the garage installation rather than acknowledge the unit itself doesn't perform to spec. Now we are exactly half way till their 60 day no return policy.

Since reporting this on 30 June, I've had 5 phone calls and 8 email exchanges with the requested photos and videos every time I was asked, often within a day. Despite this, responses from the seller have been slow, I sent them the same day, and heard nothing further. It's now been over a month since I first reported the fault, with no repair, replacement, refund, or resolution offered — only repeated requests for more evidence, followed by silence. Essentially i wait patiently for their weekly reply just for them to ask to send more proof of the sauna not working and citing different company policies about how to troubleshoot it etc.

The only "solution" offered so far is for a technician to come inspect the unit, with the cost falling on me if it's found to be "working normally." But the unit could be functioning exactly as built and still not meet the temperature advertised at the point of sale — those are two separate issues. A callout confirming the unit runs without a mechanical fault doesn't change the fact that it doesn't reach anywhere near 70°C, which is what I paid for.

We are loving the new Copenhagen sauna. It is by far the roomiest two person sauna we could find. As a fairly tall guy, the legroom is great and makes longer sauna sessions comfortable without any feeling of being cramped. straightforward to put together - definitely requires two fairly strong people to move all the parts into position after delivery and assemble it, but it's not complicated. We didn't think app control was a "must-have" - until we had it! We use it every night to switch the sauna on without having to leave the couch, and then adjust it if needed while its heating up without having to open the door and lose heat.

Very well made, easy to operate. At the end of a LONG working day I can sit in my spa having my back and feet massaged. I'm six foot tall and have plenty of room. There are three different settings and temperature can be adjusted to what you want. Very happy. Show details ·  1
