The self-emptying function stopped working after the first time. It was physically impossible for me to package up the item and return via Australia Post. No alternative solution was offered. Very disappointing. The cleaner itself is lightweight and easy to use.

I was disappointed with the suction, as it's not great on pet hair. I do like the self emptying system though. I had ordered a second battery, the site only showed one battery type for the self emptying vacuum so I ordered what I thought would be the correct one, however, it was wrong and I had to send it back - the return was an easy process, but I brought the vacuum wanting a second battery and am yet to get this.

It's 100% the best vacuum cleaner we have purchased. I have no problems or regrets buying this. Only wish I had bought it sooner. I would 100% recommend this vacuum to anyone that wants a stick vacuum or struggles with the old power cord cleaners. You will not regret it.
Follow-up · It takes up so little space, so so easy to use, the battery holds up really well so I get my floors done in one go, the best part is it emptys itself and I can usually get three or four floor cleans before I need to empty the dustbin. I would be so lost without this, love that it's so light and easy to use, go anywhere, NO cords and no dragging the old vacuum cleaner around. The greatest thing is now I don't have to vacuum bent over, no more sore back or stiffness like i constantly had with the old vacuum. Worth every cent I paid.
