Never buy this headache – Below poor :( Great sound, if & when it works. Constant connectivity problems regardless of handset platform your trying to connect to it. So frustrating to want music, see connection status good but no sound playing. This was not a isolated incident as the previous unit (that broke ;)& was replaced) had the same connectivity issues as current unit. Very disappointing considering brand status, Preach the best but deliver the worst. Good luck F1

That was my mistake – We bought this soundbar in 2021, It was a bit disappointing out of the box, as all the bass seems to be left to the sub with the result that there is plenty of grunt for movies and games, but not much slightly higher where the music starts. Underwhelming response from HN after a few days was that we should have bought the more expensive model, which was all they were willing to exchange it for. We would not have bought it if we'd had the chance to read the reviews of the Cinema 600 here. We ended up with the same problems; the bar would stop working for no apparent reason for weeks and just as mysteriously start up again. Support tried to help but didn't succeed; at their suggestion we updated the firmware but this was an unnecessarily cumbersome task and didn't accomplish anything. Eventually we took it back to the shop, but it worked for them so they didn't investigate anything and asked us to collect it. Pros: Good value if you can get one that works. Good 2.1 sound out of the box with strong ultra bass, clear treble, and a broad sound stage. Wireless 25cm sub woofer, remote control and wall mounts are all included. The remote controls all functions: volume, 5 modes (standard, direct, music, gaming, party), voice and night settings, separate adjustment for sub. Good range of inputs; HDMI ARC, HDMI, Optical, Analogue, Bluetooth, Wifi. Phone app has all remote functions and works happily on Android and iPhone. Cons: Unreliable. Sound is boomy (even watching the news) and upper bass is a bit inadequate for acoustic or unplugged music. Wood construction with 1970's speaker cloth cover and exposed horn tweeters feels a bit flimsy and looks a bit dated. Connections are off centred. This is important if you have it wall mounted with fixed cabling and end up wanting to replace it with something different. No USB input.

The bar eventually died and a more sympathetic salesman from HN allowed us to exchange it for another brand.
