Great Sound, But Not Without Issues – If all you care about is audio quality, stop reading and go buy some of these headphones. If you live in the real world there's some things you will need to know. Lets just get the audio quality out of the way first - it's perfect. Clean, clear, and LOUD. Crisp highs, powerful mids and dominant lows, at a volume that you really shouldn't be subjecting your eardrums to for an extended period of time.
Now that we have covered the good, we can move on with the not so good. The headphones come with 3 separate ear tips, none of which fit into my ears comfortably and reliably. Either they stay in but are very uncomfortable, or they are comfortable but keep on falling out - but maybe I just have weird ears.
In addition to the in ear fit is the fitment of the rest of the headphone behind my ear. To get such a powerful sound requires a big amplifier, and that is big, bulky and heavy and simply doesn't fit behind my ears. If I lean forward, they fall out (and pull out the ear tips), if I lean backwards they pull out the ear tips, tilting left or right too far will of course pull out the corresponding ear tip. If you just want to listen to music whilst sitting perfectly still you should be fine, but taking them to the gym is not advisable - don't even consider running with them!
To complicate things further is the cable that joins the two earphones together. It is not long enough to allow to hang down into my shirt, nor is it short enough to simply wrap around my head - and it is quite firm, it won't flex and tends to push the bottom of the headphones out from underneath my ears. Hopefully all of the issues that I see are related to just my ears.
In conclusion, excellent sound but sketchy fit.
