Wait one second for the big motor to wake up – Have the controls level, turn on power, then turn speed from stop to high. Wait one second. It does everything a $500 blender does, even grinding seeds in fine purees.

Jar doesn't lock properly. Blender doesn't start – Jar doesn't lock properly without it blender doesn't start. Really disappointed with this blender. It fails to fulfill basic function. Really huge in size as well. Doesn't fit under the kitchen cabinets.

Purchased in at Kmart for $79.
