I hate to say it but after a week having purchased this model air fryer, I have found it simply does not work. It looks great on the bench. But cooking food. Ye gods - 20 mins to cook a sausage and its barely warm. Chips are barely warm after 15 mins at 180. Is it because the element is at the back instead of overhead? I have to get a refund and choose something else. I need something that actually cooks food really. Potato gems .. well ... might as well put a candle under them. Sad but have to choose something else. Pity.
