My experience – It is too heavy ,and there isn’t extra mop cloth.
Found product excellent on tiles – We bought ours 4 years ago and have excellent use out of it. We have been away 7 weeks and I believe the nozzle may have calcified. But still think for the price an excellent product. Am looking around for a new one. Show details · 1
Replacement Pads – The thing works pretty well for me and my apartment. I have mostly hardwood and tiles with minimal carpet. How do I reattach the Dust Canister after cleaning? – when attempting to reattach the canister, it seems to fit perfectly - until I release the Release Button. The canister simply won't reattach to the stick. Help. Not happy.

Great timesaver – I recently purchased this product and so far I am really impressed. We have hardwood highly polished floors and the steam function brings them up sparkling. I would have rated 5 stars if they sold addition cleaning pads for the mop but as yet I have not been able to find one. Show details · 1
I love this product! – I can never be bothered mopping my floors as it just takes to long with my busy lifestyle with three kids. Love this 2 in 1 vacuum and steam mop. Best buy I've made in ages. I enjoy doing my floors now rather than avoid at all costs. Only bad thing is I can't find where you can get replacement parts like the mop pads from. Waste of money ! – A half boiled kettle that was boiled 2 hours ago has more steam than this piece of garbage !, vaccum cleaner can't be used on carpet just a heads up not what we bought it for any way but just fyi, steamer might work on already cleaned floors and give you a wet look, spend the extra money and buy something decent ! Also you'll find you can't write a review on kmarts website about the product! Show details

I really like this product – Great for my tiled floor. Vacuums and steam cleans beautifully. For the price, it is great value. It has a huge cord length and is easy to use. Emptying the vacuum is a bit fiddly but once you know how, it's fine. I dont know how long it will last as some parts look fragile but for now it's really good and saves so much time. Show details
Absolute trash – The vacuum option can’t be used on carpets, apparently only on hardwood floors… and the steam option on the appliance I purchased doesn’t work! It just makes a groaning beep beep beep sound and no steam comes out at all. I followed the instructions so the machine is either absolute trash or broken. Will be returning first thing tomorrow morning. P.S. It’s also the heaviest vacuum I’ve ever encountered! Show details
Horrible. Very disappointed – Used on tile flooring. So disappointed with this thing! The steam function seems a little pointless, as soon as you start steaming after vacuuming, you end up with dirty marks from the wheels. I read and followed the instructions to a tee, and it leaked water everywhere! Its quite flimsy to push around as well. Show details

Not a good cleaner – I purchased this online and picked it up from the Kmart in Melbourne city. I took it home, and after opening it and reading the instruction booklet, found out that the vacuum isn't suitable for carpet. Something that the website didn't mention. steamer, there was no steam. Will be returning for a full refund. I would suggest to stay away from this product as there are better, cheaper and easier to use ones around.
