Kmart Anko 3-in-1 Air Fryer Oven

Not happy Jan!! – Received Anko 3in 1 Air fryer from online sale in October 2020, and it sat in packaging until April of 2023. (Covid kept it stored) after using on a weekly basis until Jan 1 2024, the oven had operated perfectly until Jan 2 when switched on, it refused to allow any operation on the front panel. Contacted customer service and explained my dilemma, and was told that because of the time frame, the warranty no longer applied. I am still awaiting a return call from the customer service supervisor, as I believe there is a genuine case for the item to be replaced or a credit given, as under ACL, their oven is not of "acceptable quality" and has not operated for a reasonable amount of time! (9 months) Certainly would not recommend this appliance to either friend or foe! (As a follow up, still awaiting a callback from any supervisor. Must have "lost" my phone number!!! Off to the office of connsumer affairs)

Great design for a great price – I've had mine for a year, and the design is brilliant imo. I've used smaller square baking trays to cook up marinaded chicken, the chip basket is really good and can do enough chips evenly for 2 - 4 people as a side. figs - I just popped it in a back room for this as it is a noisy thing to have going half a day. The noise I don't notice so much while it's cooking yummy food. Hopefully it lasts - the noise and the fact it's unlikely to have spare parts (pretty much anything we buy these days is the same sadly) takes one star off - or it would be 5 .
