Things I like: it’s great for pet hair, it really does a great job, even if the battery life is short. The battery lasts just long enough for me to do my whole house. I like the LED light on the bottom- shows where all the pet hair is! Negatives- the charging cord doesn’t work well. I have to constantly manoeuvre/ balance it at the right angle in order to get it to charge. When I pull the dust canister off to clean, sometimes it takes me ages to get it to click back in (this really tests my patience). Even with the negatives, I will continue to use this product.
