Terrible machine. Do not buy. The locking mechanism is faulty and the machine does not work because of this feature. I have returned two now already both have the same issues. I have returned for a full refund and went and paid more money for a better quality machine. Show details
It seemed great, in the beginning, but then started to smell like electrical burning and shutdown. After leaving it for a while, you could restart it, but would fill the kitchen with that burning smell. I don't recommend it. Show details

After returning the 'ice crush' model the day after I bought it because it was useless at crushing ice, I ordered this online (originally wanted this but it was out of stock at the local store), and initial impressions are very satisfied. Doesn't leak, ample power for the job, and it DOES crush ice, like a bomb.... thank you, just wish i didn't have to wait or go through the trial and error with the interior model! Show details · 1

Best Blender – I have had a lot of blenders over the years just recently bought an expensive blender that I had nothing but problems with so I decided to buy the kmart blender and it is fantastic. And value for money nothing beat it
Too difficult to get it to work – Blender is very finicky to get it to work. Sometimes takes 3 or 4 goes and trying to adjust lid before lights will go on when switched to on. The sliding 'switch' that clicks over to hold lid in place maybe doesn't click in properly. Not sure if faulty or poor design. Shouldn't be so difficult to get to operate. Show details
