Kmart Timber Boucle Chair

I bought 2 of these chairs and both are factory rejects and should never have passed quality checks – I was excited to buy this chair as it had good reviews. When I got it home, all the screws, washers etc were loose in the bottom of the box with 4 pieces missing. The wooden crossbar was also missing. I returned it and bought another. the chair cannot be assembled. The chair looks good in theory but is so badly manufactured it's outrageous. It's put me off buying anything from K Mart.
