Hydro pool IS NO different from lap and play pool – Zero courteousy or responsibilities of management stopping kids and parents with kids misusing the hydrotherapy pool for people with disabilities, injury recovery and elderly usage. This pool is constantly have kids claimed to be 10 yrs old or purposely have their parent with them to play and splash with their water noodles. Some even did deep… Read more

diving and lap swimming. Zero respect for others. The youth looking lifeguards and elderly life guards doesn't care and just walk around pretend to check the pool. The irony of setting up the signage saying "no spl ashingand lap swimming is just for SHOW.

Over charge your account – I signed up my kids to lessons only to find out even after I gave the 30days notice to cancel they will still change you for the week after that period for a lesson your child will never receive! All because they charge a week ahead! Contacted them several time to no avail, it’s absolutely criminal - It’s called theft!

Excersise physio – I had the worst experience with excersise physio in knox leisureworks. I have got my care plan to start excersising with my back injury. They were careless, irresponsible and not experienced enough to know some of those moves are not allowed for someone with back injury.within a week of going there my back started to play up after long time of… Read more

being maintained very well . I checked with the physio there and been told that it's OK and keep continue. I ended up being in sever pain since than which is 6 weeks . I have been dysfunctional, had to work from home, do MRI,acupuncture and physiotherapy somewhere else. I'm mentally impacted by this sever pain and dr said that the moves they gave me are not allowed if you have disc problems. I told them what happened and except saying sorry and offering 2 free session nothing else. I strongly warn you ,if you have any pre existing conditions do not go there. They might be cheaper than other places but they don't care and they are using students or amateur people to do the job. The pool and reception are fine .But excersise physiology are poor .

Absolutely no loyalty to long term members! – I had been a member for over 30 years. When I first started water aerobics, 16 years ago, there were 4 other participants - Classes grew so much, spots are limited to 40 & it’s so hard to get a place! Despite this, new members are encouraged to join?? There’s so many people VERY annoyed about paying membership & never getting a spot! I & many… Read more

other members complained often - but all fell on deaf ears! I cancelled after last conversation explaining I only use water aerobics class & not able to get a start, a waste of money. Cancellation - very easy almost heard the yawn as I explained why…again!

Needs massive improvement – Was a great facility till recent times, pools colder than previous times and sometimes warm water pool cold with no notice of this when we attend. Poor customer service now they rarely answer phones for enquires.

Good – My son swims here every week and he loves it. The lessons are fun, the teachers are kind and you can really see the difference in their abilities. The facilities are great, the water fountains, toddler pool, bubbles in the water, slide, and I could list so many more. The price is better than any other pool and the parents rooms are great, but I… Read more

wish there were more of them. Many times when I have tried to change lessons from one to another, I have had the longest wait ever. The classes are always full and they have quite a poor system for moving through classes. But if you are patient, or not very picky about the days then it isn't a problem.
