Great quality, stylish sofa – We love our getaway sofa, we went for the Kakadu and it looks great in our living room. It’s really comfortable, great quality and super stylish. Excellent product, super fast delivery – I recently purchased the getaway three seater sofa along with a matching single seater. Both look amazing (outback edition) and are so comfortable. Delivery was super quick, the only issue I had was the amount of packaging involved. Close to perfect but with a major flaw – The sofa is super comfortable, lovely material and well designed, except for one part (or two) - the drawers. They won't run on the couch frame, but rather just roll on the floor underneath the seats. There are two major problems with this. Firstly, they don't move together either together with each other or the sofa, so any movement of one… Read more

has no effect on the other. It's unsightly and inconvenient as you're constantly pushing it back together.

Secondly, the cushions overhang the top of the face of the drawers, so when they're empty (we haven't filled ours yet) any legs hanging over the front of the cushions, causes the drawers to jump up at their rear, resulting in an awful bang every time they drop.

It's a significant design flaw and has a disproportionately negative experience on an otherwise fantastic sofa.

Couldn't be happier with our Getaway Sofa and Ottoman! – My wife and I ordered the penguin parade version of the getaway couch. The set up was very easy, you dont need to tighten the edges of the frame too hard as o did at first. 5 stars across the board for us.
