modern sofa sinks & sinks & sinks & at times it feels like I'm sitting on boards. A friend of mine also brought the same exact sofa in Jan 2023 (proof available), his sofa is that bad that he has had it moved into his front room & now sits on an old sofa he was lucky enough to have available. I don't know what standards they use to manufacture these sofas , or where there made, but from my experience they are very poor quality . Mine & my friends are basically unusable after 12 months. Please be aware of this if you go to buy one

Awesome sofa and awesome service – The sofa is excellent! We had one minor issue with ours and koala was able to come pick up the faulty part and replace it within a day of contact. The little cute dolls they left in the sofa were a nice surprise. Extremely comfortable and very nice colours.

Massive Koala convert – I had read and heard so many great things about Koala products and, even still, I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality and ease of construction of my new Modern Sofa. I looooove my sofa – I love my koala sofa! Looks great, is comfy, made from easy to clean material. I loved that is was available for delivery the same say and so simple to pop together. And I loved that they donated to charity (= So I kinda adopted a turtle), so my purchase did something good for the environment. Truly happy with the entire process!

Great product and service – The sofa is extremely comfortable and delivery/service was fantastic. One of the components delivered was incorrect but was rectified within one week of contacting support. Highly recommend.

Love it – I chose this couch because we live up a very narrow flight of stairs, and needed a couch that could be broken up and easily transported. I've been really impressed by the look and comfort of the couch. Also really happy that if I ever move into a bigger place, I could get an extension on it.

The couch is very comfortable and the Ottoman is fantastic!! Can't recommend the process and the couch enough. If you're still unsure... just go for it!

Comfiest Sofa Ever – This is genuinely the comfiest sofa I’ve owned. It’s a good size with two people- just fits three. The cushions are so plush. We bought it with the ottoman and it can be an extra seat or extra leg room. I’m so happy with this purchase. The colour is really nice as well, it’s a light grey and the fabric is so soft. My only gripe with the sofa so far Is that if you sit on one end the middle of the sofa flips up which is obviously quite dangerous. I think this is due to the way the sofa is assembled.

I do think the express delivery which is termed free and customer service is all priced to the total price but if you need something ASAP and don’t want to wander around a million furniture stores but still receive a decent product with the option to return, then Koala is for you!

Super comfy and easy to assemble – Love this couch! Delivery times spot on, easy to put together (I’m a petite female and did it all on my own!) and super comfy. The only reason it didn’t get 4 stars as the ‘hawky’ colour is actually a light grey, whereas it looks more beige on the website, which I would have preferred. An excellent couch for a compact apartment – This couch fits a niche market for small apartments with narrow entranceways or stair cases. It’s a good size and comfortable, but packs down easily to allow for transit. amazing size and I recently bought a wooden tray to place on top of it so it can occasionally double as a coffee table.

My one con is in regards to the packaging- there is A LOT. Thankfully, most of it is cardboard, but it sucks that the plastic/foam parts of the packaging weren't made with something more environmentally friendly.

Will recommend Koala furniture to anyone in the market!

Excellent Value – Ordered the couch at 1030, was delivered at 1430 on the dot. Assembly was easy, no need for instructions. Couch feels well built, supportive and comfortable. My parents couldn’t believe how much it cost for how comfortable it was! Very happy with our couch, colour is great, will be getting the 4.5 seater to match!

Comfortable couch with a great minimalist design – We got this couch after looking for something functional but minimalist that would also withstand wear and tear from our kids. It was simple to put together and we’re super happy with it.
