person was also lovely and extra helpful. There was a mixup with one of the pieces but the customer service was superior and everything was sorted out within a day or two. Once I'd setup my sofa I couldn't believe how nice it looked (nicer than I'd imagined). It's 1.5 seats bigger than my old couch yet makes the room feel bigger! The material is really nice but feels robust, and the couch itself is really comfortable to sit or lie on. I really love the wide arms too to rest remotes, or my phone or laptop on. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and now considering a Koala mattress too!
