Ordered a Wanda sofa bed a few months ago. Delivery was as described and communication with Koala was great. The item is of very high quality and although the bed hasn’t been used yet, it appears like it’s going to be very comfortable (certainly is to sit on!)

was rescheduled twice which was a hassle and it was a luxury purchase for me so i felt thst experience could have been better. However, when I voiced this I was refunded my delivery fee. Overall, really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

it would arrive. It arrived 3 hours later so was actually 5 hours after the allocated time. Not ideal when you need to put it together. The couch is fantastic and was super easy to put together. Every one I spoke to was lovely, delivery company and drivers. Was just the lack of communication that was the issue. I was refunded the delivery cost and love my new sofa so it all ended up ok
