Camera has worked fine for a year or so. It is now making an intermittent chirping noise like a smoke detector with flat battery. Still working, no alerts showing on phone. Any ideas what is causing this?

You can set up a number of alarms for the system (including movement alarms) try disabling these. If not, the power supply can fail to provide sufficient voltage which will also cause this error. Check this by swapping the power supply for the cameras and the hard drive.

Hi. I have finally installed my KACCTV4CHA. It Works fine except When I installed the HDD I cant format it (come s up with "Wrong Format" .Manual says see 4.9 Maintenance?? for initial Format of Disc

Can you please advise?

I can't get the camera to come up on my phone using cloud(p2p). It is offline on the system and I'm not sure how to make it come online. I can get the video using IP/DDNS but that only allows me to use the app while im in home wifi range. Any help?

Hi,

I bought KACCTV4CHA 4 channel CCTV. It is installed and works fine at home, but When I tried to connect through mobile app, can not connect, error" beyond max channel"? Do I need to update DVR firmware or what? Let me know

I have bought the same one almost a year ago. Connect everything as per the instructions,but nothing happened.
