Came packaged in a solid cardboard box to withstand any knocks. Was extremely easy to set up and packs a punch. Sound quality was perfect.

Good compared others in the price range, no issues just kinda complicated – Complicated but decent, I got this second hand for $150 sounds amazing for the price I paid but it's complicated to adjust and factory reset (using EARK for tv condition)

Irritating subwoofer hum – I took a gamble with this system, Kogan is not a company I would consider as high quality, unfortunately that gamble did not pay off, at first everything was good, pair was a bit finicky but figured it out and it was go from then on, there were some minor grips, like system issues were it would turn itself on or off randomly, and at times Change sound settings, like turning up echo when I know I had it off, but this was far and few between and easily fixed, unfortunately recently I noticed a faint hum from the sub, when getting closer it was definitely noticeable, I’ve tried various troubleshooting like ground loop fix, changing hdmi, reducing sub level, using a laptop with sound software, nothing worked, it’s also getting louder with time, I’ve unplugged it and contacted customer support, haven’t heard anything back yet, unfortunately I may end up wearing this loss, but not without some retribution do not buy! It definitely not worth full price, I paid half and it wasn’t worth that, it belongs in kogans warehouse and then inevitably land fill.
