Grr faulty as – Faulty cant remember when I bought but I've had trouble since. The screen keeps flickering even after I did the update. I'm ready to throw it in a bucket of water or in the sea don't buy it Show details
Faulty laptop – The product developed faults after 3 days of use. The laptop screen flashes and flickers and when the inbuilt mouse is touched the screen goes blank. Have contacted kogan and they sent me a list of 17 trouble shooting things to try, which is totally unacceptable for a laptop less than 2 weeks old. Have contacted kogan for a refund but they have gone into hiding. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT Show details

Wait for the back to school sale and get a student laptop at harvey norman for the same price. Save your sanity – I bought my laptop a few months ago. From the beginning there was an issue with trying to turn it on and when it did eventually boot up, there was an update, so I automatically assumed that was the reason for the problem. I use this intermittently, around once or twice a week. But, this happens each time. I'll go to power it up and the standby… Read more
light flashes green ever so briefly then nothing. I'll tap the power button. Nothing. I'll press for one second. Two. Three. Still nothing. I'll tap the touchpad. Nope. It's been 5 minutes and I still can't do it! So I leave and come back to it later and repeat the steps. Then something works and I can get down to business.
Everything else seems ok, but WHAT GOOD IS THAT if it can't be used when you need it? And there's one bust pixel in the middle of the screen. It's been there from the beginning too. If you've got OCD you'll hate it like me.

Perfect for what I bought it for – This is not a professional gaming laptop. Fine for streaming with headphones and typing. If you want to game, spend the money and get a professional setup. Great for Basic Show details
Hardly used now not working – Update: Kogan technical support and warranty service replaced the product. Really great outcome. Very easy instructions and Kogan supplied postage codes to return the product free of charge. Original review 1/5 Bought two units, one for me and one for nephew. One unit hardly used, approx 25 times. Upgraded storage to 256GB. The charger was… Read more · 3
faulty, followed by the battery. Now the unit won't charge or turn on. Cannot get in touch with Kogan, cannot find replacement batteries. May as well have thrown out the $560.
Kogan contacted me. Hopefully they can resolve the issue. I’ll update this when done.
Great value for money!! – Just purchased the Atlas Go S300 Tablet Laptop bundle few weeks ago and very very happy. Came with Windows 10 v1903 preinstalled and extra drawing/sketching/ editing programs too. Not too mention an extra 128gb memory sd card. All the programs you would expect from a laptop with the added bonus of being able to download apps from the playstore as… Read more
well. Initially we wanted it for my son to draw and use for school but we soon found out that it was also very well capable of playing pvp games ie fortnite without lagging. The downside... its a heavy tablet lol the keyboard cover doesn't look very sturdy.. in case of drop..I dare not imagine it would protect the tablet lol... maybe if we could get a cover case specifically for use as tablet would be great please.
Negative reviews
Expectations low but they should have been lower – For a start there is something wrong with the wifi, after reset it connected for 5 minutes then dropped out and the wifi that shows up on all other devices just disappears for the Kogan Atlas, this is not a cheap little tablet you can watch a show on the bog with... it's just a bog.. Lotus laptop - Lots of trouble usually serious. Show details

Don’t waste your money – I’ve bought 2 of these now. I bought the first one for my partner thinking it would be a great on the go laptop. He used it for one day and never touched it again. I also bought my self one for the same reason, and gave up using it after a week as it was so slow and glitchy. They have been collecting dust for months, and only just thought to write… Read more

Kogan brand started malfunctioning 2 week past the refund policy expiring! – See title. Bought on sale and now I see why. It is no exaggeration; it began giving me problems 2 weeks exactly after the refund policy expired. The mouse touchpad keeps disconnecting, the laptop will randomly not accept either an external mouse or any flash drive, and now the laptop keeps shutting off or freezing mid work! I bought this just for… Read more
work as I travelled and now I can't do even that. I hoped a factory reset would help but it didn't. Extremely disappointed, do not recommend the Kogan brand in any way.

Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money – I thought it was just my Kogan Atlas Go that was glitching, constantly going into lock mode for no reason, slow as hell (I haven't even put anything on it yet).. But then I read the reviews and they are all the same. I read reviews before I bought it but I think they had their fake reviews clouding the ratings at the time. This cheap plastic… Read more
machine is such a waste of time and money. Their only response is "sorry you are not satisfied." That is absolutely terrible customer service. I will never buy a thing from Kogan again. Ever.

Very not happy or impressed – Purchased this 8 weeks ago, screen has major issues, bugs out, changes view and volume on its own. Reported to help centre, sent it back at my own expense, without for 3 weeks, got it back yesterday, still has exactly the same issue as before. Very not happy or impressed Show details

Um...I'm scared now – Sorry, but after reading these comments I am scared to get it. I had ordered it a couple of days ago (I live in Auckland, NZ so it would probably take a while to get here from Aussie) and literally just read the reviews now... I am scared, to say the least. Is it really that bad cuz I had cheap phones and the awful Everis laptops cut out of me… Read more
after like a week or so... So, it is really worth it because I can't go back now... Most people are saying that it is bad but others good and it is confusing me- I am pretty sure those positive reviewers got paid to say that so bad comments are more reliable. Help?
Thief!! Burglar!! Looter!! – I have bought a KOGAN brand laptop, it arrived very quickly. As soon as I open I realise the cheap quality and put a request for return and refund within 2 hours of getting it for a followed reason: - Extremely slow processor - Made of cheap plastic - A Mouse has a terrible touchpad (Have to click multiple times, sensors are also Kogan quality… Read more
(Bad). - Camera quality is extremely poor (like NOKIA's first-generation phone cam) - Speakers are very low volume. (with full volume its 24dB - 28dB) that's less than the volume of a Kmart fan ;-)
How do I suppose to know about all these issues without buying it?
and Kogan refuses to refund in full instead they offering me a store credit and also asking me to pay for the return.
All I have is REGRET after cheated by KOGAN, most probably we will end up going tp ACCC.

Poor quality and experience – Purchased this on 28/7. The notebook was a dud--wouldn't even start properly just a black screen after switching it on, charged and rebooted based on the instruction. Finally today 26/8 received the replacement and switched it on after charging it--it was still not functioning!! The screen just stopped at "kogan". Totally wasted my time. Poor quality, poor experience and poor QA--doubt there is any quality control. Avoid!!! Show details

Cheap and reliable – Honestly from all the bad reviews I'd thought I'd stay away from this, but I needed a small laptop for my studying and an iPad for just relaxing and reading or watching some Netflix in bed, and with this I kid you not, I actually found myself enjoying it. It's small, so if you are used to big computers you'll have to get used to typing on a small… Read more
one, but I really like being able to take it to class and do my work, but just a warning that the camera isn't obviously great quality and is a little grainy. Otherwise? I enjoy it.
Love it! – Have been using this for a some time now and is real handy to have. Small, compact and suitable for me anyway. I also love the separate if you want tablet/screen you can separate. Use it alot for a back up computer when my main computer decides to play up/backing updating. I have no problems with it, and to extend my memory I use USB's which help. Real compact and able to stash it in my bag. Show details

Turned on about 3 time and then nothing! – I just bought this notebook and I have managed to turn it on initially and then had trouble since then! responses the call centre gives is a joke! I have tried to trouble shoot as per their guidelines but nothing works. The notebook has serious issues! In addition, I am still waiting for a response as I am past trying to solve it and want a refund!

Think before you buy – Not worth the price. I bought this from kogan online. stylus pen stopped working in 6months. performance of the 2 in 1 is much low for the specs. Don't buy – This lap top stores next to nothing. I have my outlook on there and it can't manage to open 2 things at once. Opening and closing has scratched the whole screen and it has marks all over it from the key pad. It turns off at random times. Mostly when you're right in the middle of something important and doesn't turn back on for about 15mins. … Read more

happy so far – So far so good. Just what I wanted ... no problems. Very light, good speed and battery life. Have yet to work out how to wake it up from Sleep mode, but I'm sure there's an answer. I would like a more extensive manual ... the easy guide provided is pretty limited. Show details
Great little tablet – I really like the size, nice and compact. The battery life is short. I find I need to charge it everyday. There is enough storage for basic file storage, apps, movies and music. It can be used as a tablet or a laptop. Great for kids or adults who use it for basic things. Show details

charging of the tablet on planes and from a power bank (yes it does via micro usb port, like my phone has) . 2in1 functionality works really well, and its great having the little keyboard as an option. Time will tell as to how well this unit lasts but so far I'm very happy with my purchase.
I have had nothing but trouble since I bought these two in one computer notebook from Kogan – I've only had this notebook from Kogan that at least three months and I've had nothing but trouble and now I would ti started it up this morning at this and it shut down and it's started to do race itself and I quickly turned the power all but one I got hit to pack up is taken away that touch drivers when you touched the screen it will not work… Read more

Fraudulent Company won't honour warranty – I purchased a Kogan Atlas 13.3" Laptop. The keyboard stopped working after a month and the touch pad not long after that. file was too large and that I needed to make a video less than 15MB. The only problem is that the video I sent them was 5MB.
I contacted Kogan again, they told me to send the video again. I did, however I am not sure if they received it as they took some time to reply.
Kogan then asked me to turn the power off and hold the off button for 5 seconds. I dutifully complied. The issues did not resolve.
I contacted Kogan again and they asked me to take a photo of the screen and the keyboard.
I have given up. It is apparent to me that Kogan will not honour their warranty and will just continue to deflect whatever emails I send them with silly requests...
Piece of Chinese made rubbish – Absolute piece of junk. Keyboard stopped working at 8 weeks. Then the touch-pad followed at 10 weeks. Did I mention that the battery lasts for 60 minutes under normal usage conditions. Kogan will not honour the warranty. First they requested a video, then another video, then photos. I mean how do you take a photo of a malfunctioning keyboard? I will not deal with Kogan again. Show details
