Absolutely dreadful product – "Reduced" from $100, they overcharged me for shipping, took far too long to arrive, and is a loud, tiny fan that blows only gentle warm air about 2 feet. Terrible product.
The help team was absolutely useless. If id had a positive response from someone, rather than the pre-typed copy paste job, I'd feel a bit less inclined to tell everyone just how poor the product is.
