Inconsistent and unreliable, have to handwash – After two months of use, still no difference. Use different brands of tablets but no difference. Washing is inconsistent and chopsticks, forks, spoons cutlery on the top rack never dries. Have to leave the door open over night so it is airated. Pots never washed properly. Cups and glasses are often stained while a few a spotless and clean and… Read more

others no difference. End up handwashing most of the items again. Would not buy this again. Noise level is reasonable. Very frustrating machine that does not do what it's intended to do.

Don’t waste your money – This dishwasher is pretty bad. I’ll list the reasons why below; 1. Dishes have to be rinsed clean to come out clean. 2. Dishes come out soaking wet. 3. Dishwasher is hit or miss with cleaning and must be very lightly packed to clean well. 4. Doesn’t dissolve tablets properly, they must be put in the actual dishwasher to work properly. 5. Food… Read more

constantly stuck in waste baskets, constant maintenance needed, more so than any other dishwasher I’ve used. 6. Faulty after 15m of usage (water inlet malfunction).

The only positive is that it has a 2 year warranty and mine broke within the 2 years, so I will get a refund.

Avoid this dishwasher at all costs, it is a waste of money. I have recently bought a Bosch and the difference is astounding.

I had a $500 voucher to purchase this dishwasher, so luckily didn’t spend my own money on it. I wish I had brought something better with my voucher though.

A product to buy when on sale – Unfortunately this dishwasher is not very good. You can only put a limited amount of dishes in for a decent clean. The cutlery tray is no good, I’m using a basket for a better clean. I did purchase a Kogan counter top dishwasher and loved it. Absolutely no problem just too small. I’ll be going back to my original Kogan dishwasher soon Show details

Get what you pay for – Standard sized dinner plates only fit around outside edge of lower basket. If placed toward centre, spinning arm hits plates. Items come out wet, even with use of rinse aid.  Show details

I want our old one back – I don't rinse dishes. That's why you buy a dishwasher. I guess I took for granted good quality dishwashers with decent heaters and strong pumps. This one was purchased by our landlord to replace an old Dishlex with a pump that would often stop mid cycle. Ohh how I miss that dishwasher. With the Kogan, you have to pack it sparingly, leaving… Read more

plenty of space between each item for it to even have the slightest chance of coming out anywhere close to clean. If you put too many items on the upper shelf, the cutlery on top all comes out dirty. Fortunately, the drying cycle also sucks, so at least you have a chance on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th attempt. I have resorted to handwashing many items.

Probably the only saving grace for the thing is that someone else paid for it. If I had parted with any sort of currency for this absolute failure of an appliance, I would be enlisting the help of a private pilot to return it from 1000 feet directly onto their warehouse.

Disahwashers have 2 roles, clean dishes and dry dishes. This does neither

Does what it’s intended to do – Super easy to use! I love the timer display. The dish drawer is so good! I hate the baskets that are in dishwashers. Fills up quickly in our house and we use it daily on the 2:15 cycle, that’s the second longest I’m pretty sure. I’ve not had any problems with clogging or anything. I always rinse majority of the dishes first, not so they’re… Read more

spotless but just to get the chunky stuff off.

Is a little bit noisy. Our kitchen backs onto our lounge room and sometimes can’t hear the tv but life could be worse.
