Need to set up location correctly – This is quite a good TV for the price. It is necessary to set up a curved screen TV at the right viewing distance and angle from the wall so that it looks to have straight sides from the view point. The remote is crap, needs 23 or 4 presses for everything but I have lost mine so that doesnt matter any more. Show details

Amazing Price and Picture Perfect – We have had the tv for 3 years and it has travelled across the wold with us. It continues to be flawlessly perfect in its performance with all controls being intuitive and easy to operate. An excellent purchase that is also very attractive in our lounge room Show details

Good TV for the money – I bought it almost a year ago and for $850 including shipping was a good deal. Decent picture quality, enough ports. Big cons: Cant load external subtitles which I think is a big fail (unfortunately kogan doesnt support software updates for most of the products). Remote controls is one of the worst in the market! Narrow infrared angle and you have to press the buttons really hard. Show details

TV is good but has software issues – This TV actually looks great and the picture quality is really good. However, there are some software issues that affects the function of the TV. For one it struggles working with an Apple TV for some unknown reason It struggles to match video-quality content. Also, switching between source inputs can be problematic and you need to restart the TV. So, great when it works but very annoying when it doesnt. Show details

What a load of trash from a trashy company – Well, where do i start, this has to be my first ever review, i don't normally put time into them as reason sorts itself out however, bought the telly and wella, a black screen, how do you work with a company that sells you a tv, but if you want it returned a query a question, answers are there, scrambled embedded in the website, nevertheless, tv… Read more

had to be picked up and taken to their repair shop once, twice, three times, four times, in a span of about 4 months, the unit is 2 years old, went to switch it on, no power, check remote, new battery, still no good, i kept the emails from 2 years ago, and requested another repair or a serious deduction on another tv... not much good when they avoid your emails.. Stay away from kogan products.

Fabulous TV – There's no BT but wasn't important then. Heaps of HDMI ports, 4, USB also. Curved screen sucks you right in. High definition images, rarely used as a TV, predominately YouTube, Netflix, Stan, Gmail & Facebook... Show details

Stay away from Kogan TVs – Of course a Kogan TV is a bit cheaper but you get what you pay for. I bought this one and after two weeks it started acting up. I'm randomly getting HDCP error messages all the time. I basically can't watch anything. The thing is useless. If you intend to use an Apple TV or similar device with this, forget about it. Just invest $300 more and get a… Read more

Samsung, LG, Sony or whatnot. After a lot of email back and forth, Kogan has a repair service pick up the TV. Three weeks after I bought it. Then it was away for another three weeks. When I got it back, it still didn't work. Right now I'm just writing this thing off. I wasted $600. Kogan is an absolute joke.

A Real Review!!! – Was astounded by the quality of this tv at this price. Ok, I can see some people having problems. Send them back and get another one because it is awesome value. My version doesn't have smart tv features, but I added a Nvidia Shield TV for Netflix, pc/game streaming etc. Other option would be a Telstra TV box. Works a treat. Seems to work better in HD than standard view, but not a biggie. I think it is a Samsung panel...but don't quote me ;-).  Show details

A pile of rubbish – This TV was faulty from the first use with the screen continually blacking out. For some reason it was my job to try and rectify with firmware updates that did not work. An elderly person would not have had a clue how to do this. The picture quality is sub-standard on HD and the sound is absolutely terrible for a TV of this size. Some reviews… Read more

suggest buying a sound bar, but a good sound bar will cost you over $300, so you might as well add this money to buying a decent TV like a Samsung. And now it is becoming a real pain to get these guys to collect this faulty TV. 6 emails requesting collection update and zero replies. Why have a customer Service team when there is zero customer service. Will I let them get away with flogging me a dead horse for $600? I think not. I gave them a chance to respond to this review, but silence is all I got.

Great TV – Wow, the Kogan curved TV is simply great. We have had a couple of big screen TV’s, but this one is the best. The curved screen is way better in picture quality and cuts the glare in a bright room. It is a very light weight TV and easy to put up on the wall. Great price for this sort of TV.  Show details

Best TV EVER! – Saved over $2000 buying through Kogan and was worried that it might not be as good as I thought - but it was the most amazing thing ever. Best quality tv and so easy to use. The delivery was actually quicker than expected as well (they said two weeks, came in a week).  Show details

My best buy ever – Wanting a TV for the bedroom I wasn't even thinking about curved or 4K. However the sale price of under $500 put me in the position, what have I got to lose. After connecting a Chromecast Ultra and streaming some 4K clips from YouTube I just went .. WOW ... I'm sure the high end multiple thousand of dollar TV's look better .. but for the price,… Read more

Stay away!! GARBAGE!!! – This is possibly the worst TV I have ever purchased, even a CRT. You are better spending a bit extra and going to a retailer to see how the image is first of all, cause don't expect too much from Kogan's Customer CARE team, they don't care!! They send you a cut and paste response, just generic so you buy another product off them, and Change of… Read more

Mind policy so you have a little peace of mind if your not happy means nothing, I wanted a return and get a refund, no phone number just email, finally they stopped answering, said Senior team member would be in touch, never happened. I am gutted by such a bunch of scammers, will never deal with this online dodgy brothers again, look a tv is an investment these days, so don't buy this cheap trash!! $500 more you get what you like not a gamble. Kogan sucks!!!

Rubbish! – It's supposed to be 4K but my 2008 plasma TV has a better picture! I didn't have high hopes for it as it's just a cheap Kogan tv however I didn't expect that my old tv would have a better picture lol If it's all you can afford then it does the job but don't go in thinking it will be amazing otherwise you are going to end up disappointed.  Show details

Great value for money – I’m very happy with this product, especially for the price. The picture quality is fantastic and so is the sound quality. We haven’t needed to add a sound bar and only usually have the volume on at 25. The only one thing I don’t like about the TV is it takes a few seconds to turn on, which is just a bit annoying. Delivery was also really quick and it was simple to set up. We also bought the extra warranty with it.  Show details

Great product for a faction of the price – Great tv. And only costs a fraction of the costsl. Great quality no problems. Great picture quality, good sound. I'm pretty sure it uses lg panels as well. Only thing is the remote is a little weak. Will only work from a short distance and pointing directly at the sensor. Will not work just pointing in its general direction. Other than that nothing to complain about  Show details

Great for its Price – People whinge about the quality or build of cheap TVs I would rather buy 3 of these than one "brand named" TV Picture is perfect, smooth menus and very decent sound. Kogan Series 9 Curved - value for money – The TV is great value for money, the picture quality is good however since it is not a smart device you will need something extra like a chromecast or playstation pro to reap the benefits of the 4k quality. It is easy to use. The operating system is very slow however and can take up to about 15 seconds to start which is to be expected. The in… Read more

built speakers are not the best as you would expect so i would recommend getting a soundbar to go along side it. There is actually a dead pixel that i noticed since first turning it on, but didn't annoy me enough to take it back.

Kogan 65" Curved Screen 4K LED TV – I purchased this a month ago and cannot fault the quality of this TV for $999 including delivery. 65 inch would be the minimum size you would want to benefit from the visual advantages the curved screen gives. A better sense of depth perception though it takes a few days for you to ignore you can see the curving on the frame around the screen.… Read more

After a while your brain ignores this. I did some online 'research' before buying my first curved screen and suggest others do the same. I don't think a curved TV would be beneficial if you were sitting too far from it. Excellent contrast and deep blacks in the Samsung sourced screen. 4 HDMI inputs plus ll the other usual inputs. Like all flat screen TVs on the market you need a separate sound bar or connection to a sound system for richer sound. You can get good acoustics out of the inbuilt speakers on thin TVs. This new TV replaced a 55" Kogan HD (non4K) LED which is now on the bedroom wall. You can see the better picture quality in the 4K with a higher contrast ratio when you compare the two. It comes in a box that requires you to only fit the two feet to the TV and everything is ready to go. You can fit a normal wall mount that takes a 65" TV if you want to wall mount it. Being curved also restricts the angle you can view the whole screen. Most people sit directly in front of it anyway.

Amazing value TV – Amazing value TV that I cannot fault! Whilst it’s not a smart tv (not a bad thing in my view re: Security), it works perfectly with any media centre device such as Xbox One S or chrome cast. 4 HDMI ports is plenty enough for what I use it for and for its price I could not recommend more highly!  Show details

Very nice TV – I bought this TV for $508 on ebay when multi offer is running :) Very happy with the TV. The picture quality is good.. It looks like Panasonic 4k 55 inch TV which my cousin bought I'm not using the built in speakers (using sound bar) but they are pretty decent. The ports are enough. It is not a smart TV (chrome cast or apple tv will help) but it is worth buying it.  Show details ·  1

Good screen, very cheap, questionable electrics – I've had this a few months. I use it as a monitor with a media centre/gaming PC and a fetch box. The screen is good quality (Samsung according to Kogan). The sound is average but I use good quality external speakers. There is a minor problem with port sensing when changing inputs or resolution. This often requires switching from HDMI1 to HDMI2 and… Read more

back again to "wake up" the screen. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with it, especially gaming with the curved 4K screen. Elder Scrolls Online looks great. Delivery was reasonably speedy and unproblematic. The remote is not too bad, although I use a Logitech Harmony instead (set to Samsung as Logitech has never heard of Kogan). I'll probably get a 1 mm thick OLED instead when I'm feeling richer.

Ok TV failed after 3 years with white spots on screen coz the lens things on the back inside fell off (Bing it). We pulled it apart to tried to fix it a-la youtube videos but the screen shattered. Landfill now.

Excellent value for money – While I brought the Kogan 55inch curved 4K TV a bit apprehensively, I must say that I am very pleased with the purchase. The TV has excellent picture quality and the curved screen is quite immersive. There are an ample number of ports (4 HDMI, headphones, etc.) on par with most TV's this size and the audio quality is surprisingly good. Some… Read more

cons of the TV is that the backlight causes blacks to be well, a bit less black sometimes and that it lacks HDR which means most console gamers won't get to see the full potential of their games, however this is to be expected given the price.

Talking about the price, that is probably the best part about this TV, for a casual TV watcher, this TV is sure to amaze and I highly recommend it, especially because it does the job of TV's 3 times its price.

Surprisingly good value for money! – Our Panasonic Rear Projection finally died after 14 years. After doing a fair bit of research the Kogan appeared to be good value for the money.
