Just what I needed – Bought this for baby’s room because the air con wasn’t really keeping the room at the temperature that was set on the remote (set to 24 degrees but room would be 15 degrees in the morning!). This heater is so easy to use, I always use the app to turn it on, sometimes when we are out at dinner so the room is warm for sleep time once we get back. Maintains good temp in the room and super quiet. Would buy another if I had a need for one! We use it for a medium sized bedroom

Smart App makes standard appliance worth it! – I bought this heater in 2018 and at the time the app didn't have as many features. They have really done some work to fix the SmarterHome app, and the experience is now substantially better. The heater itself is perfect for a bedroom of any size. I've had it in a King and Queen size room and it heats up the space in about 15 mins. The controls have a Low and High setting and then you select the temperature you want to output to. It's pretty standard as far as a panel heater goes, obviously not very energy efficient, but the app is a huge advantage. Setup with your phone is quick and easy (does prefer a 2.4 GHz wifi network). And makes remote control and scheduling very easy. It has location based temperature monitoring, so for example I have mine set to come on between the hours of 4am - 7am, if the outside temperature drops below 8 degrees, which is pretty clever.

Overall very happy with the purchase, would recommend, and am happy to see development of the SmarterHome App, and other devices in the range is steady.

Items damaged on delivery have to google search for support contact – I purchased 2 smarterhome heaters. They look smart and elegant. One was dented on the corner but works quite well. One with the thermostat problem and produced very strong electrical burning smell. I could not set the temperature, it was always default to 30. Installed the SmartHome app and reset the heater a few times fixed the problem. However the thermostat was not accurate. Set the temperature to 22, It turned off at 22 and didn't come back on although on the display the room temperature was at 18. The only way to make it start was to adjust the temperature setting. The SmarterHome app take a bit to setup but works really well. There is no way to contact support via the Account login as instructed from the website. It kept redirecting me to the self help. I had to google the helpdesk email address and still waiting for the solution. The communication is really bad if you have problem with your products. Ticket 7344001 Order 4Y282G2Z
