Kogan ThermoBlend Elite All-in-One Food Processor & Cooker

New Thermoblend build is unreliable – I'd had the previous (white) Kogan Thermo machine for several years, could hardly fault it as it was a workhorse (I got extended warranty, so when the plastic on the jug cracked they sent me a whole new machine which is amazing) A few months ago my butterfly attachment went missing, and as Kogan no longer stocked this part I opted to spend the $200 to get the new machine. Seemed fancy enough and I like new things.... However it only took about half a dozen uses then the machine began shorting the power to my whole house (have seen others complain of this too). Bummed I contacted Kogan, who had me send the machine back in order to process a replacement. Few weeks later I received the replacement, which only lasted a single use until it decided the jug was never placed on it with an E01 error.

This time, Kogan just instructed me to chuck the whole machine and gave me a refund (at my request). I've since ordered a proper Thermomix, as the plan was to 'try' the cheap version via Kogan before committing over $2k for an original appliance.

-I would definitely shop Kogan again, as I'm really happy and get peace of mind with their quick and easy refunds (I've had to do it a few times with various items both Kogan & non-Kogan brands), however this specific model of thermomixer was just hot trash compared to previous models.

Worked twice then failed, replaced by Kogan – The third time we used it halfway through a recipie it stopped and showed error code E00 which is not in the manual. Customer service were not much help but the unit was sent back and replaced by Kogan. It seems like a well made unit but we are unsure about durability as the first unit failed electronically.
