1 Margaret M  · Never again – Very disappointed, Ultimo did not deserve 'intensity 13' , sadly lacking in intensity.
5 milah  · nice coffee – i highly recommend this coffee it so good i get 40 capsule for small price
1 Chrissi I.  · RUBBISH – Have to use TWO capsules per coffee to get any flavour. Watered down and nowhere near as good as they used to be.
3 Myk  · Could be better – I don't taste much coffee from the single capsule. I have to use less milk to have a coffee taste.
5 richardgr101  · Great tasting coffee – These are good value and great quality. They make a fantastic cup of coffee, especially Ristretto, which is by far my favourite.
5 Kathleen P.  · Amazing coffee!!! – I love that you can change up the strength with these pods. I can get them at a level I like and one my husband will like!

I’ve been using Lor coffee pods for years and used to have a very small cup with one pod. Now I’m using two pods and it tastes really watery. I use the black one intensity. 12 after I finish the box, I won’t buy it again. I’ll go back to buy nepresso Show details

L'OR Coffee Beans – These Lor coffee ☕ beans are nicer than the overrated coffee brands such as Vittoria, Lavazza & grinders. That are also on special at the IGA for $13 for 500g. Their coffee beans are found at Coles & better value for money than their capsules.

Dissapointed long term consumer! – I am dissapointed to write this not so glaring review! I have used L'or pods in my lattisimo coffee machine since their inception in the Australian market. Never an issue & chose them above Nespresso, I previously would of rated 5⭐️ My recent purchase of 3 packs on special from Woolworths has changed my mind, 6 pods In a row all disfunctioned &… Read more

caught in the mechanism of my machine & had to be thrown away at the risk of permanently damaging my machine. Looks like it's back to Nespresso for me !

Love the variety of pods & amazing customer service! – Recently purchased the “spend $120 on pods and receive free machine”! I thought it was too good to be true! We drink a lot of coffee and regularly spend on L’-OR pods - this was easy! Our favourite coffee and a machine! From ordering to receiving- the process was smooth and pleasant. I needed assistance and contacted L’OR re a purchase mistake I… Read more

made - they were amazing. This customer service is outstanding. The pods and machine were delivered very quickly and without any drama. Thank you and highly recommend the company and the tasty coffee!

L' or Pods – I am very pleased with the L'or pods , the quality is excellent with no aftertaste and at 50 cents a capsule much better value than Nespresso. I have not had any problems using them in my Nesspresso machine.

Just as good as original Nespresso pods if not better – High quality taste, just like a barrister made coffee. All at the ease of making it with a pod machine at home. They have a wide range of capsules aswell. Show details

Unresponsive customer service – Coffee is good in my opinion and good price but customer service is nonexistent. I recently ordered 300 capsules to stock for a few months and they sent me capsules that would expire in a month. I contacted them two weeks ago to hopefully exchange them and never received an answer from them. I also had another issue before, contacted them, and… Read more

never answered. So, bottom line, do not order from their website because if you have any problem no one is going to solve it.

Excellent product but poor coffee supply – The product itself is a 5 star rating. The Barista makes great coffee from the xxl pods. Sure it’s a bit pricey, but hey for convenience it’s worth it IMHO. It’s just that you can hardly ever buy the pods. If they can produce small pods why can’t they make a regular supply of the xxl pods. Show details

Poor feedback or lack thereof – Sent an email to L'or 27/01 saying one of their pods ng their pods actually the whole pack seemed like watered down coffee also asked if it was a manufacturing issue. They replied 13/02 with a sorry for the delay their investigating and will provide an update shortly. 03/03 I sent another email saying still haven't had any feedback. Still… Read more

nothing and now xxl coffee pods are currently unavailable.

You can get from ebay coming from UK but no thanks postage is between $30-40. Highway robbery.

I will be lodging a complaint with fair trading as the company has failed to meet requirements of customer service or lack there of. Was a huge supporter of L'or coffee unfortunately they've disappointed me with their poor customer care.

Don't purchase from L'Or directly – I recently purchased a machine and pod package where you had to spend $120 on pods to receive the machine for free. I purchased late September as a gift for Christmas. By the time the package was opened more that a third of the pods had expired. When I wrote to L'Or requesting replacement for short dated products they said that as it was 2 months… Read more

after the purchase date they would not replace them. All pods supplied from L'Or directly are between 2 and 6 months from date of expiry, nor can you request later BBD's in your order. They consider this acceptable. In other words they are getting rid of old stock with your orders. Ditch them as suppliers and get your product from supermarkets who L'Or said they supply with better BBD's.

Do not order from the L'or website - 2 month huge delays and false promises from customer service – Ordered the Father’s Day promotion with a L’OR Barista Premium Latte machine and capsules on 5 August as a gift. Called L'or each week after ordering and they promised it would be sent out within a few days each time. It took 4 weeks to send out the products. L'or sent out the products on the week of Father's day knowing there were Australia Post… Read more

delays and they should have changed postage to express postage since they were sending out parcels very late. After almost two months, I'm still waiting on the products and L'or are still blaming Australia Post without doing anything to help. Very disappointing customer experience and excuses are always made.

Don’t buy direct – Don’t buy directly from their website. My husband bought the pods and given expired pods. He emailed them to complain and they resend the product only to find out that they re-send more EXPIRED pods. Do they even have some that not expired? Show details

A chef’s review – We have a Nespresso machine at home opting to buy the Supremo 10. I have noticed the coffee is either excellent or so so I’m guessing because of the various beans being supplied. You can’t complain too much when compared to the average local cafe here in WA which too often serves crap for $5. I would recommend this brand and the Nespresso machine. It won’t always be brilliant, but it better than most alternatives.  Show details

Love the variety, even the decaf pods! – I use these pods in my nespresso machine and they work perfectly. I have a few varieties that I love and I've also just bought the blue decaf ristretto pods for the times when I want a coffee hit without the caffeine. I cant tell the difference so I'm really happy! Show details

I am confused – I just looked at these reviews on the pods and some people reviewed the machines, why? I have two Nespresso machines, one top of the range and the other at the lower end "Citi". I switched from Nespresso pods a few years ago and tried most of the others. I have to say L'or is my favourite, never had issues with crushed pods, never had bad tasting… Read more

coffee. The only time I ever have problems with the pods is when I fail to empty the used pods and they block the drop, my fault. We do a lot of entertaining and I have only had positive comments about the coffee, so it is hard to understand some of the very negative comments.

Not compatible with nespresso machines – We do not buy coffee looking at the make and year of manufacture of coffee machines! If it says that is compatible it should be. End of story! Do a better job with the coffee capsules!  Show details

Terrible product – I was given one for Fathers day last year, it had a problem where the machine would not puncture the pod so the coffee would come out so returned it & got a replacement. The second machine does the same thing. DO NOT BUY! Show details

L'or Capsules(Supremo) – I tried supremo capsules of L'or and the taste of the coffee is very nice. Moreover, the price is reasonable, I got mine from Coles for $4.50 and it is way better than nespresso capsules which are expensive and tasteless. I'd highly recommend coffee lovers to give it a try. Show details

Lor coffee machine – Love this machine and have tried a few. Can’t believe I’m saying I love the decaf! I can’t drink coffee after 3:00 - I can’t sleep at night. But the lor Decaf coffee tastes just as good (if not better) than regular 5 stars from me Show details

This is horrible. I was very disappointed – I've tried 5 or 6 different coffee pods from Lor, and there isn't a good one in the lot. I was so disappointed after reading so many glowing reviews on this machine and from testers on YouTube. The machine is good, compared to many others out in the market but Philios really need to stop spending so much money on fancy commercials and start… Read more

spending money on coffee pods and flavorful coffee. Doesn't matter how great your machine is. If your coffee is garbage you won't want to use your machine. Neither myself or my husband liked the coffee the machine brewed up. No better than instant. I plan on returning my pods and I'll be searching for a better solution. I wasnt expecting my coffee to taste as good as my fresh ground espresso shots but I expected more than a instant coffee taste.

Very disappointed Lor! I wasted well over $60 just on different boxes of Lot pods to experiment with and didn't find one we enjoyed. There's a section here asking where I bought my pods and it will only allow me to choose one store but I bought multiple boxes from both Coles Costco.

L'or Coffee Capsules – Good value for money ,the coffee capsules, just as good as the neppresso . I normally purchase it when it’s on special in Coles or Woolworths and get a box for four dollars I think it’s good value I agree it’s probably not as strong as good as an espresso but it’s a great substitute and I buy it more times than Neppresso . Revolting coffee! – I have tried most of the different flavours and they all taste like the worst burnt coffee you've ever had. I find the woolies home brand pods to be way better than any of these. L'or are overpriced and underwhelming. Show details

Superb coffee – I have been a Nespresso user for 10 years & would ͏By nothing else. Lately Nespresso has not been up to usual stand. So I saw Lor capsules advertised & thought I would give them a try. Well what a surprise. The coffee is so smooth & full of flavor. I will never go back to Nespresso as this Coffee amazing. Show details

False advertising – Will not work with Inissia machine. Does not perforate - only crushes. Glad I only bought one pack to try.

Won’t work in Innisia machine – Same problem as one other reviewer. These just crush, don’t perforate the pod at all, and just fall straight through. Not happy as I bought three different blends to try.
