Tried to tone orange out of level 7 brown highlights – My hair is shiny and soft after colouring. The orange is slightly toned out but I am pairing it with a blue shampoo to get it where I want. There is a sizeable amount of conditioner left over for ongoing maintenance. Very easy to apply as the creme prevents dripping and even saturation. Make sure you use a rat tail comb to section your hair to ensure you get to the roots all over.
I removed a star because it did slightly lighten the roots even though it says it doesn't. I have highlights through black hair and the black hair is noticeably slightly lighter after colouring.

Spent £12 on this hair dye to lighten it and done nothing! – I put iced mocha colour on to help lighten my hair, on left it longer than meant to and didn't touch my hair at all. Same colour and the ends of my hair dryer than normal.

Wouldn’t buy this again – The product advertised grey coverage & said that it never turns hair orange. None of my grey hairs changed colour and the rest of my hair has a definite orange tinge to it.
