Bad hair – Been using same product for years now the product has changed not good comes out dark brown. Listen to your customers change back to the original formula because product is clearly not working. Show details
Great product! but poor support material – This hair dye is such a terrific product BUT they've changed the gloves, some time ago and made them for people with skeleton thin fingers. I have small hands and long slender fingers and the middle three fingers don't fit - they get three quarters on and then can't get them off without turning inside out which renders them useless for the second… Read more
application once your roots are done. Come on Loreal - put out for decent gloves - they used to be excellent latex - now rubbish plastic which don't even fit slim fingers.
No trouble at all on grey-white hair – I usually go a salon, but with COVID her in Australia, the waiting list is months. I have not box coloured in years....no problem here. Easy to follow instructions, easy to mix ingredients, easy all around. Waited the appropriate time, gave it a wash...absolutely no issues! Not sure why everyone else appears to be having dramas. My experience was… Read more
exactly what I expected. Perhaps this is all about expectation? If you want salon results- go to a salon. That's NOT what this is and comparing the two is completely unrealistic. I'm happy :-))
I was left feeling happier with my winter hair. A real boost – I used this for the first time on hair that is dry and mostly grey, decided I wanted to leave an area on the top of my hair as a lighter shade, so coloured the lower areas, Was very easy to use and apply, left my hair in good condition with a pleasant ash blonde shade, I am looking to make it slightly darker next time. Used shade 71 this time.… Read more
Good product, and have used the Jane Fonda range in the past. But will try other shades of this one now.
Don’t use this colour if you want to stay blonde! – My hair was blonde (picture Goldie Hawn) before I used this product: L’Oreal Excellence Natural Blonde. It is now ash medium brown (if such a colour exists!). I know that the result is never the same as the colour on the box but this was so far removed, it looks as if I picked up a brown shade. Makes you look like your granny – Terrible! Turned my blind hair dull grey, do not buy this!! I can’t leave the house looking like this, I actually look like my grandmother, will never buy this Again Show details
Avoid Loreal 1021 It doesn't work – I used Loreal 1021 on my natural 4cm regrowth and brassy blonde ends as multiple times before with a great outcome, but it made no difference to my hair colour. Show details
didn't change my hair color at all or cover the grey – My hair is light brown. The above shade said it was ok to use on my hair which also has a lot of greys. No difference was the result. Followed the instructions as requested but no result. Very disappointed. Show details
What happened to Excellence was the formula changed?? – I have used this product for over 20 years and the results were always great until approx 1 year ago. My hair became extremely damaged breaking like crazy and lost about 5 inches of length due to breakage!!! I have been crying for months trying to get my hair healthy again:( Horrible experience my hair went from gorgeous to now not wanting to… Read more
leave the house! I will be writing to the company I'm sure they changed something in this product for this to happen!! Buyer beware
Have Been Using & Recommending This Product For The Last Five Years – Since you have changed the packaging, my hair colour has changed from a beautiful light blonde to now a muddy ash blonde! Previously hairdressers & people have stopped me & asked my colour, as I have previously mentioned I have been using this colour for 5 years! So disappointed.
