I had been using this product for 20 or more years & used to love it. THEN THEY CHANGED THE FORMULA & NOW ITS TERRIBLE!!! It doesn't mix now matter how hard or how long you shake the bottle its hard to apply. brands until you change it back to the original formula. I don't know why you changed it in the first place? Are you not reading your reviews? Do you not run testing with you end users? I'm very disappointed.
Gloves – The glove sizes really need looking in to, way too small and split when using them, leaving dyed hands which is very hard to remove. For the price of the product better gloves should be provided Show details
The gloves are rubbish & broke & the dye stained my hands – I have brought this product the past few Times that I wanted to dye my hair. Each time I’ve had an issue with the size of the Gloves. product, I like the shampoo sashay as well as the conditioner, colour goes on easy & last an expected amount of time but gloves are rubbish and split.
Absolute crap! – I have black hair and purchased the permanent black hair dye to cover my greys. I have washed my hair 3 times since dyeing it and still my hair is leaving blue/black stains on my pillow if my hair is damp or I sweat. Plus my greys are showing through already and it's only been a week and a half. Will stick with clairol nice and easy from now on. Only bought loreal because it was on special.
It's washing out – I've used this dye 3 times and it's washing out so easily that i can't believe it. While I'm sleeping sometimes I'm sweating and my hair gets wet and it leaves black marks on my pillowcase. Also after washing my hair there's always marks on my towel, disappointed in the product. The good thing is it makes my hair very shiny and doesn't damage it.
