  5.15 Natural Frosted Brown

What on Earth have they done to it?! – I've been using L'Oreal Excellence creme for many years and always been very pleased with the natural colour and condition of my hair - but! - what on Earth have they done to it. The last box I bought and used had different, unnecessarily fiddly packaging and I wondered immediately what else they've changed. Answer - everything! The product now… Read more

smells terrible, so strong! And the colour looked darker than usual almost immediately on my hair. As I feared the colour came out much darker than usual and since using it the condition of my hair is terrible! It looks dead and dry and very flat. I would say it's as if the product is now being made by someone else and is no longer the quality product it was. Excellent grey coverage – I am around 70 percent grey and have been using Excellence dye in natural frosted brown for about a year. The coverage is comparable to salon dyes and they have a large range of colours. My hair is always healthy and shiny. I find this range to be the best I have used. I do need to dye every two weeks as I am so white at the front of my hair so I notice regrowth quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Well, either someone has switched the packaging on my colour or Natural Brown is… Read more

right up there next to black with a hint of red. I really don't like it, looks like I am wearing an ill fitting wig. Will have to remove mirrors for a few weeks until it hopefully fades...reading some of the other reviews, maybe I didn't need to leave it in for the full amount of time??? Recolouring is not an option as my hair is dry enough. :-(
