formula is a disaster and I can no longer trust your hair dye product. Very sad and thoroughly disappointed.

Utterly disappointed – I’ve used this colour for over two years and been really impressed with it. However the last twice I have been extremely disappointed with the results. I agree there is a greenish tinge to the colour and it does not last more than 1 or 2 washes ,despite me using colour protect shampoos. The new Excellence Cream with scalp shampoo and mask – Totally dried my hair out. First time this happened. Never with the older one I used for years Show details

Perfect colour – This colour will do wonders it can tone down too blonde hair to a perfect blonde it leaves hair in a lovely condition and makes it easy to manage it's true to colour on the box Show details

Half and half – Just used this. Not sure if I like it or not. Was light blonde all over. Now finished half of one side is light blonde other half dark blonde very shiny. Fashion? Certainly different.. Show details

Hate it – I hated this product so much. It turned my hair ashy gray and I brought the light blonde kit not even the ash blonde one. I would not recommend this or buy it again.

Bad product and extremmely rude 0800 after service – This product made my hair turn a green colour, I used Light Blonde. And massive clumps came out when rinsing. My hair was dissolving may hands and I was in tears. My hair dresser has had to cut my long shoulder length hair short and I've had to had hair treatments for repair. received, the 0800 telephone help and complaint line have been rude and the chemist/pharmacy who sold me the product after me asking for assistance and advice when purchasing the product have also be extremely un-helpful.

Very disappointed and certainly will not be buying any Loreal product in the future nor will I recommend their products to others.
