How soon after coloring my hair with Excellence 8.3 can I re-color it again? It's been a week since I used it to go a little lighter, but I don't like it. So it's now back to my usual color 7.31.
I am currently using Medium Blonde 8 and really love the color. Now that my hair is not being lightened by the summer sun and heat I would like to go a little lighter, but not brassy. Do your recommend 8 1/2 Champagne Blonde? Thank you!

I bought the L’Oréal excellence dark brown. My hair was jet black. Nothing like the colour stated on the box. I hated it. I mixed vitiman C tablets with head and shoulders shampoo and left if on an hour to strip the colour. After doing that twice it is now dark brown and lovely. I won’t buy this again as it was initially totally wrong colour

Your lack of response is overwhelming and this message keeps coming up as I scroll through peoples experiences with this product. My hair colour is totally disgusting and did not match the picture or blurb on the packet. Even though I have retired I have a prominent position in our small society and at present feel I cannot even go out!! Shame on you !!

Same for me. I had some regrowth (silver/white greys in with my natural light brown hair) showing and as the rest of my hair is blonde to match the silver grey of my fringe, I thought Ash Blonde would be a good colour. But as this colour isn't the colour I used last time, and might not work with my current honey blonde, I soaked every strand. Now all my beautiful silver/white greys, and my lovely honey blonde is all a crappy mousey brown/grey. It's so drab and gross. I cannot wait to go to the shops tomorrow to buy a different brand and recolour my hair. I'm just annoyed I have to go to work first and have everyone see my gross hair colour.
How soon can I recolor? I used a Grey and don't like it. Want to go back to light blonde.
