I am fuming. Impossible to find L'Oreal Age Perfect 9.31 light beige blonde. Apparently it has been discontinued but I always used to find it online. No longer. It has a UNIQUE layered effect -it dyes your hair differently depending on whether they are white, grey or still with natural colour- which gave an extremely natural effect. I have done a long search and NONE of the new ranges has this layered tone which made the Age Perfect hair colour special. L'Oreal please could you have some respect for your customers and explain why you discontinued an excellent product line WITHOUT PROVIDING ADEQUATE REPLACEMENT? Neither 9U Excellence nor Ash blonde have any highlight effect: they are flat colours. Please l'Oreal explain.

There is no replacement. The closest are Ash blonde but it is very flat or 9U (the nude range) in which they introduce "reflect" to make it less flat but which is very far from the layered effect of the Age Perfect range. It must be because salons complained as it gave such a professional looking colour done at home. I cannot see any other explanation for discontinuing such an excellent and loved product.

Hiya L’Oreal: Re: L’ORÉAL 9.31 Light Sandy Blonde hair colour - I have been looking for this product for months now and even the cosmetic professionals in pharmacies, where it’s stocked, don’t have a clue whether it’s been discontinued, WHY? Wouldn’t it be valuable to let your loyal customers know?!? AND, if it has been discontinued- Why Not suggest a similar colour?!? Very disappointed with L’ORÉAL and their Customer Service.
