The product may be good. The service is, oh no, there is no service at all! – Placed an order on their official website on Black Friday. And then, no email, no tracking, no nothing. After a long time wait, I received my order, but one item they write in the order confirmation is missing. Contact them, and get a very rude reply with no apology at all. Have sent the item back and went to DJ to get it. If you wanna buy their product, go to the store!
The product is great! but the official website service is horrible!!! – La Prairie is a quite "high level" product yet i can't believe it's Australian official website has such bad service. No one ever reply the emails and you could not track the package. I've ordered twice recently, for once, they didn't send it until i called them and be told rudely that their computer system didn't work!!! shouldn't they inform their customers about that??? and that attitude does not suits a brand in such position. Just can't believe it.
If you wanna buy their product, go to the store, don't order on their website. Horrible service!!
