I have sporadic patches of psorarsis mostly on my hands and body and now recently small patches on my face and neck area from time to time. This product (for my face in particular) INCREDIBLY calms (eliminates) the redness and sensitivity and hot/tight feeling within 24-48hrs tops. It is absolutely amazing! So soothing. So thankful it was recommended to me. Give it 10 stars if I could.
