genius. Absolute nonsense! It was around before her but she just had better marketing which is the only good praise I can give her. Her products & her disgusting attitude towards her customers aren't worth the cost and nothing to brag about. Don't waste your time & money!

I failed to pay attention to the automatic addition of the fee in my cart and only realised it once I received the order confirmation email, where I saw the charge. Seconds later I sent an email to Lashify's customer service, asking to cancel the shipping protection fee. I didn't receive any response, so a couple of days later I called them several times but was directed to their voicemail saying the customer service was unavailable.

I sent them a second email to which they finally responded a day later, saying they couldn't cancel the shipping protection fee because my order had already been processed - even though my first attempt to cancel the fee was literally seconds after my order was placed, and it was their fault it took them days to respond to my repeated attempts to contact them.

And even after I complained for that, they didn't have the decency (or the customer-centric mindset) to spare me the fee.

I believe it's important that companies respect their customers and not try to rip them off through sneaky practices. Unfortunately, Lashify isn't one of these companies. They lost me as a customer,

I will try one of these options the next time: Lilly Lashes, Kiss Falscara, Doe Lashes.

ok, great deal. Then PayPal reminds you the conversion rate is ridiculous and Lashify becomes an unsustainable luxury. For example, $36aud of gossamers will come in a small well packaged envelope and cost me $28 to ship! It’s beyond ridiculous! The website is incredibly slow and clunky, sometimes showed prices in aud sometimes not. Sometimes the “App” works, sometimes not. The “rewards” system is a joke, if I can’t be rewarded with what I can actually use, why bother? I’d rather good sales or offers than an overly complicated rewards system and subscription service. So to be blunt-I’m done for now but if Lashify sets up in Australia, I’ll beg to go work for them. But for now, Australian customers are left dangling, and priced out of the market. Go support your local lash tech instead!!
