LavAzza has become a sham company? – A couple of weeks ago I received my order, shocked to say the least when I opened the box. Inside was only 1 x 500g pack of decaf coffee beans instead of the 5 which I've ordered and paid for online. I emailed the customer serviced department and attached pictures of the deceitful packaging and labelling to confirm this unbelievable mistake. I am bitterly disappointed with LavAzza as they have yet to reply to explain this small box with misleading labels quoting a content of 5 x 500g of coffee beans in a box that could barely fit one. For those in doubt, please see my attached pictures for confirmation. LavAzza is a big company but their customer relations is non-existent!
