You can get better coffee beans – I have used Rosa a few times but normally get Lavazza Oro beans. I drink espresso without sweeteners so any bitterness isn’t masked by sugar. There’s quite a difference between the 2 products. Oro is smooth and intense whilst rosa is strong and slightly bitter. For the money -$10 to $15 per kg diff - life’s too short to be drinking poor quality coffee. I’d go with Lavazza Oro every time. Show details

Wooo what a ripper – I drink and test a lot of blends as im in the industry, this blend is fantastic and im comparing it to other Lavazza blends that are popular but found to be poor for my use. Tested in auto and manual machine and it gives great extraction and taste. Rossa Red bag with cup. Recommended and i will buy again for sure. Show details

Too biter with no taste or smoothness – Just bough a 1kg bag of this new coffee beans blend from Lavazza, from their description, the Qualit Rossa is a blend with a unique aroma and full body, rich and exceptionally well-rounded, composed mainly of Brazilian Arabica and Robusta Africans. Well for me its too bitter and not smooth enough, yes its got aroma but aroma is not transformed… Read more

into the taste. This coffee is not up there with the coffees of this region, especially the Mount Karinge region of Indonesian and its perfect volcanic soil of the coffee grown there. This coffee has no flavour and just doesn't hit the spot for me. Very disappointing for an avid 50 year drinker of quality coffee.

Red Lavazza, not worth it! – We have a good coffee machine and always buy Lavazza coffee, and we found that we like all the different blends we usually get from the supermarket. So I was interested in trying what looked like a new blend, in a red packet. It tasted awful! I couldn't believe this was Lavazza coffee. Then I had a closer look at the label, and it wasn't specified… Read more

if the coffee was actually 100% Arabica (as it is on other Lavazza blends). I think it might actually be made from Robusta which is usually only used for instant coffee. Whatever it is, shame on you Lavazza for selling something so bad under your brand name. Anyway, this terrible coffee now sits at the bottom of the rubbish bin where it belongs!
