Best staff – Staff are warm and friendly, swimming instructors are by far the best i've seen, the gym is a little small but still has everything you need, and there are lots of changerooms for such a small facility. 10/10

Didn't even rate a call back – I rang and rang and wrote and got no reply. Being a pensioner I wanted to pay by direct debit fortnightly and asked for a slight deduction. staff were great. I can't even rate it now. I so wanted to do aqua aerobics. Not even a phone call. Doesn't matter. Found somewhere else for $10 a week. It had aqua aerobics, something I was very keen on. Didn't even rate a phone call back, fees are tricky to pay full up front, and their web site was not up to date with what they have on their desk.

Excellent – Value plus !!!! Great staff, well managed, way better than previous gym experiences, plus pool, sauna and spa and creche included. Best value gym in Melbourne Caring staff Great, friendly feeling about the place Facility a bit worn, but very clean
